Nice and quiet location

I stayed here before they remodeled the hallways They got rid of the coffee in the lobby and only left 1 serving in the room even though their were 2 of us. They never cleaned the room even though we were there 4 days. Our room was 25 rooms away from the elevator. I asked on the second day if we could get a room closer to the elevator as my wife is recovering from a broken ankle. They said they didn't have any extra rooms which didn't make sense as we were giving our room for a different one.We will never go back
The property had an update / freshing up a few months ago. It looked really good compared to when we stayed last year. The rooms, while still a bit dated, were clean. Bed linen also looked clean. Friendly staff.
With the update in mind. The hallway floors didn’t look like they weren’t cleaned during the 2 weeks we were there.
Also there was no leeway on check in time. 4:00 PM was check in and arriving a 3 weeks were told we needed to wait to check in.

Someone had thrown a rock at my car windshield. Now there's a crack to the windshield.
I had an appointments and didn't get a police report.

Hotel was overboekt en wilde niets doen. Kreeg een studio aangeboden met 1 bed voor 3 volwassenen. Totaal een ongeschikte manager.
Comfortable/staff friendliness
Location. Room layout was nice and sort of updated like carpeting but the air vents were rusty and the bathroom had black mold in the grout
Staff very rude. After a 4.5 hour drive we arrived at 3pm. We walked in and were met with a scowl as the clerk snapped "check in is at 4" not hey welcome in can I help you?. We left to get food came back at 3:54 my husband said are we close enough or do we have to wait 6 mins. She said you have to wait. So we sat down. At 4 she helped another guest check in and never said hey guys I'm ready for you now come on over. Just absolutely the worst ive ever experienced

Laundry facilities weren’t very consumer friendly. Some items in the room weren’t totally clean.
It was clean and the location was safe.
The AC didn’t work. Our room remained hot throughout the duration of the trip. Although the room was very clean, there was a strong smell of mildew near the windows and AC unit. The kitchenette was convenient but we ultimately couldn’t use the stove because it made the room even warmer than before. The hallways had a strong smell of marijuana at times.
The staff was excellent and very friendly !!
