Very Unpleasant stay, Extremely RUDE STAFF

Nothing😡😤, ESPECIALLY NOT THE RUDE VERY DISRESPECTFUL STAFF THERE

Cons:

This staff was very rude to me and my child I Felt targeted and racially Profiled being a Single Mother, I was told in a rude manor that housekeeping doesn't take out the trash! I would have to take out my own trash when IM A PAYING CUSTOMER paying for a service, On the day of checkout! I the elevator wasn't working, I told them im a disabled person and will need assistance, I was told by receptionist that they will send housekeeping to assist long as I T.I.P the staff, I was fine with tipping staff for help, But I was looking for staff to finally help me, I was Ignored and a different receptionist told me that SORRY STAFF WILL NOT BE ASSISTING ME, I have to do it Myself and he was rude about it making that statement, I even managed to get some recordings of the conversations as proof, I missed the Very Severe conversations but managed to Capture a small part as ideal, I Also Reported this to Cooperate and got a claim Number aswell, I Will NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE WHO I LOVE, This stay leaves a NASTY VERY DISTASTEFUL STAY, As I Mentioned I was RACIALLY PROFILED, AND THE STAFF WAS VERY RUDE TO ME AND MY MINOR CHILD, My daughter even witnessed the Disrespect how I was being talked to by The Very Unprofessional Staff, which really upsetted her of withness her Mother being spoken that way, I would appreciate it when cooperate would reach out to me Very soon.

The room was spacious, kitchenette had dishwasher, stove top, and plenty of cabinet space. Location is great for car commuters.

Cons:

The stated pet policy of any breed up to 30 pounds neglected to say dogs only.

Terrible
Pros:

The front desk clerk was rude to me and 5 others that booked a room. He refused to check me in after being in a tornado even after the room was paid for and confirmed through their corporate office.

Cons:

I never stayed and was still charged for 2 rooms

Horrible! Staff don’t care!

Cons:

Had sexual material left behind. Evidence of human body fluids on chair and nasty towel under the chair cushion. Last but not least we were getting bitten every night and on the last night of our stay we knew why. A bed bug crawled next to me as I was resting. Staff had the nerve to call me a liar even with proof of the bedbug. Place definitely needs to be cleaned and staff needs training in all fields. From management to cleaning staff. Will never recommend anyone to stay there!

Staff was friendly

Cons:

Omg where do I start.
I was afraid of bugs
The bed seemed to be fine but there were roaches in the corners and bathroom
Hair on the floor behind the tv stand
Shower leaked all night and toilet didn’t flush
Took a good 10 mins for hot water to begin getting hot
Curtains were stapled to the wall do I couldn’t close the curtains fully. The outlets were hit in the lamps on the walls ducked
If I was charging items the lights had to be on ugh you turned the light off the charging would stop
I didn’t try the actual outlets on the walls and I didn’t use the fridge or stove or may bring within the kitchen the dresser and walls were tore up as if they were broken and scratched. No breakfast at all.
People were connecting porn to my devices which was really annoying through BT

I will never stay here again
But for the price I paid for 2 rooms were not bad

Very proud of MANAGEMENT!
Pros:

My only thing was it stated that breakfast was included and it wasn't. It was so quiet there and they were remodeling.

Cons:

I didn't like the treatment being received by other guest as if they didn't realized the place was be remodeled!!
