Estábamos en camino y llame para confirmar la reserva y me dijeron que ya no tenías habitaciones .. es decir la reserva no sirvió para nada ya que se sobre reservaron dejando a mucha gente sin habitaciones. Por suerte estábamos a una hora de la casa y nos devolvimos pero nos quedamos sin paseo de feriado .. 😒
La irresponsabilidad de sobre ocuparse. No hubiera sido bueno estar lejos de casa y no tener donde dormir.. estábamos toda la familia
The location was clean overall.
The WiFi in the location was out of service for the entire duration of my stay. This affected my budget seriously, I am an international traveler and I had to use roaming exclusively.
For the first night of my stay the hotel was overbooked, I was lucky to have a room. A lot of people remained with no accommodation, even the ones who paid, and it costed ~$190/ night.
The toilet bowl was broken.
The staff was rude, I asked for a laundry bag but I didn’t get it.
The location.
It was under construction and nothing was mentioned prior to booking. The one front desk receptionist was very rude and we weren’t able to check into one of our rooms until almost 7pm.

Very good value for money, and comfortable suite with everything you need to look after yourself for a few days.
The surrounding area is quite drab and uninspiring. Also there was work going on inside the building at the time which challenged the physical appeal of the accommodation.

Staff was rude, disrespectful, and the clerk lied to us about rooms not being ready. While 2 housekeepers were in the office and had time to interfere into the conversation I was having with the clerk. The conversation with this clerk had absolutely nothing to to with the 2 housekeepers. I asked for the manager and was refused. The clerk had a very nasty attitude to a point that I had to call the police so things wouldn't get out of hand

Wasn’t clean , found hairballs in shower , very humid - air conditioning condensation issues and I was billed twice
we did not eat breakfast
the beds could have been a little softer and definitely need new pillows. The pillows offer absolutely no support in my opinion.

At check in we were not given much information such as housekeeping times. we stayed there two weeks and no housekeeping. At the two week mark someone came in to clean bathroom pick up trash.
