Was very disappointed.
Pros:

The staff was amazing. The residents were kind.

Cons:

The room was a bit disheartening. The stove was not in its hole in the counter. The bed linens had dirt smudges on it. The microwave had dirty fingerprints on it. There are missing drawers throughout!. There was dried old food in the sink, which had been there for a while.

About the only thing I liked was the front desk worker that was working the morning i checked out. To be completely honest the ONLY reason I didnt leave your hotel after I got checked into the room is because I was already sick & suffering from a migraine so I literally was too sick to be able to deal with standing there demanding my money back & then deal with having to find another place to stay.

Cons:

The room was far from being clean! There was no shampoo! The room that is apparently the "trash room" (because guests are to take out their own trash) was so full of trash that the minute you stepped off the elevator thats all you could smell! The "kitchenware" items that are advertised as being available & free for guests to use upon request... HA! None of the items were available that I'd tried to request using! There was no phone in the room. There was hair in the sink & all over the toilet! There were streaks down the wall where something had obviously been thrown and never cleaned up! The curtain that was hung in front of the closet was disgusting & looked as if they used it to wrap a body up in it & then just hung it back up after disposing of it! There was someone elses dirty sock on top of the fridge. Oh and this should explain how much wasnt done when it came to cleaning the room... there was a glass pipe inside one of the dresser drawers! I have pictures of it all & very much plan to complain to the higher ups about that location! I will most definitely not ever stay there again & I sure as hell will not be recommending for anyone else to stay there either!

Yes i paid for a room with a t v and a frigde vut they gave sma rooom with no tv no fridge and i am handicap i was on the 3rd floor

They need to make sure that they have rooms available that they have on the website
Cons:

When I got there after driving for 30 minutes, I got there and was told that they didn’t have any clean rooms available for what I booked and the lady at the front desk could not change my room so I didn’t get to stay. I had to go out and find another hotel at 11 o’clock at night.

I visited 5 rooms and not a one was clean and the was in the books as clean rooms and one of the rooms didn’t even have
