Vending machines were not working. My first room had a toilet that would not flush. My key was a problem getting in and out of my room.

Limpeza ruim, quarto em manutenção, sem TV, sem microondas funcionando, armários sem gavetas, paredes em manutenção , café da manhã horrível, sem opção de cardápio salgado, sem um ambiente para tomar café. Simplesmente vergonhoso. A culpa eh do booking que mantem esse tipo de acomodação no seu portfólio! Triste. Reclamamos com a atendente q disse que procurássemos o atendimento do app e não que não tinha outro quarto disponível. O booking teve a cara de pau de me oferecer lamentações e 100 de credito!

The rooms were overbooked and I was not given a room to stay in. I am unlikely to use booking.com for future hotel stays

room was gross. hole in the wall, leak from the ceiling, crack in the window.

The staff is somewhat nice but unprofessional and do not care about the property. The hotel is not taken care of- everything is broken and disgusting. Carpet in hallways was constantly soaked from water damage and even had fungus growing up from carpet. Many transients live there and they leave clothes, trash, and evidence of drug use at the property inside and out.

Smelled like BO & cat pee…and AC was very loud

Room not very clean...no refrigerator..bed was broken...floor was weak.thought it was going to bust thru to room below...no toilet paper in bathroom..only 3 pillows for 2 full size beds...Not much offered..coffee and a couple of muffins...took 40 minutes to check in as they gave our room away...even tho we stopped in and advised of late check in..was told rooms are first come first serve...arrived at 11 30pm and was told we may want to find a different hotel even tho we had a reservation

Housekeeping and room preparation seemed to sloppy.

We get our room keys and go up to our room and the place is completely vandalized. Lightbulbs, TV, stove, bathroom doorknobs, safety lock on the door, and paint at some places on the wall were clearly ripped out and stolen. We went back down to the front desk and told them about it and they said “oh it must’ve been that one room” and they didn’t have any other rooms so I asked for a refund and we had to find another place to stay. The next day after NOT staying at the hotel and thinking the problems were over with, the hotel manager calls me and says “it’s 1pm and we see that you haven’t checked out yet, you’re going to incur fees are you almost ready to check out?” And I told her what happened and she seemed genuinely surprised and then hung up. Please pay the $10 extra to stay somewhere else this was the sketchiest and weirdest hotel experience of my life.

The room was not cleaned from the night before. The last at the front desk was rude. We got our money refunded thank God because they didn't have any clean rooms available

Key cards to the inside didn’t work most the time, so you had to walk all the way around depending on where you parked. Side doors were being left propped open by people as a result which felt unsafe.

Not clean and very loud staff and guests

Very strong cigarette smell from all of the non smoking facilities.
