Pros:

The location was great and the staff was really good.

Cons:

There was a billing issue and in the end the staff worked hard to make it right but it took awhile. Would have been even better if it just happened right away. But happy they kept working on it.

We were disappointed by the breakfast overcharge issue. We booked this hotel because breakfast was listed as included, but at checkout we were informed it was capped at $25 per person. Neither Booking.com nor the hotel disclosed this limit, which felt misleading.

The charge was an unpleasant surprise. The front desk initially resisted adjusting the bill and suggested we contact Booking.com, but after further discussion they refunded the overcharge.

Breakfast limitations should be clearly disclosed upfront so guests can make informed decisions and avoid surprises at checkout.

Pros:

It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure. It also had q-tips, a nail file, and cotton balls in the bathroom along with the usual soap and makeup remover wipes.

Cons:

The room was smaller than I expected and the bed frame had edges that stuck out which I kept hitting my shins on. Could also hear the traffic from the road and the overall night life.

Perfect location
Pros:

What a lovely place, only a minute from the metro station, in the middle of a very nice areas. Vibrant and full of life. Room was clean and big enough, very nice amenities in the bath room, quiet room. Staff was very friendly and loved the Indian infused restaurant.
