Location was great! Train station close by and right on King St for strolling and eating. The staff were very friendly and the room was spacious and clean.
Our automatic blinds didn’t close the whole way but we were up early anyway so it didn’t bother us too much.
The location was great. The valet parking was a plus.
I feel that booking.com customers do not receive the same experience. The first room received smell of mold and had a moist feeling from the air condition. The second room received was much nicer and smelled clean. We only got a better room due to problems with the carbon dioxide system going off.
The managers were very helpful, as was the valet.

The location was fantastic - short walk to the King Street metro and a 15/20 minute walk to the waterfront. The staff were approachable and the hotel was very clean.
The beds were very hard and not very comfortable. We ran out of shampoo and body wash during our stay and these weren’t replenished.
It’s near everything. (Which I guess you could also say for Hampton Inn and Hilton) but we chose this because the facade is beautiful. The King St bus is just across the street. There’s a good sandwich place near it. We didn’t get the chance to try indochen as there’s plenty or restaurants at the waterfront. The staff are very helpful. There was an issue concerning the payment (I was double billed) but was quickly resolved. I would love to be back again and stay here!
I liked the feel of the hotel. For someone traveling alone, the hotel felt safe.
Everything was perfect for my short stay.
