The room was great. One of the nicest rooms I've stayed in. Nice attention to detail. Bed was super comfy. Shower pressure was incredible. My first ever stay at a Hyatt was perfect. I'll look for more Hyatt hotels in the future.
Parking is an issue due to the area but your valet price is too high. In my opinion, you shouldn't charge a customer paying to stay at your hotel $45/night.
That's fine for non guests, but people already giving you money to stay there should be charged $25-30 (???)
Good location, local parking the street over seemed to be fine. Metro and Old Town are great. Clean place. Plenty of breakfast options close by.
Coffee in room and lobby wasn't great.
Receptionist was excellent, friendly, professional and provided some good suggestions.

The dirty room, lobby smelled bad, queen pillows on king size bed, uncomfortable bed, towels had shredded ends. I will never say at this location again. Overpriced and not worth it.

Cute room. Great bed and bedding. The shower pressure was exceptionally great and strong. We only stayed one night but would recommend.
I liked the room. It was clean and comfortable. Shower delivered robust stream of hot water with plenty of beautiful, plush towels. The location was perfect. Just walking distance to shops and restaurants.
