What did I like about my experience with Extended Stay? Nothing.
What didn’t I like? Literally anything! We’d traveled 4 hours and were about 30 minutes away from checking in, when I saw the voicemail stating they canceled the reservation we made 2 weeks earlier. They tried to charge the card we put on file before we checked in. We were bringing a different card to use upon arrival. I didn’t get the phone call because I WAS DRIVING. When I asked to speak to the supervisor, I was told to call corporate on Monday morning. I was told that the guy who answered the phone (Kevin Methew) was the actual general manager and “there was nothing he could do”. Right. The “general manager” allegedly answered the phone when I called. He didn’t offer to book me a different night, he didn’t even apologize for what happened. He was cold, insensitive, and I’ll never stay in one of the Extended Stay hotels. Because we couldn’t find another hotel on such short notice, we wound up driving through the night after the baseball game, arriving at 6am. At least the Cubs won!
Clean and reasonable
Location
Roaches in the bathroom.
I was charged twice cash by your facility and charged on credit cards through booking.com still haven't received that refund from booking.com going to report to better Business bureau
Didnt get brkfst . Too early. Got coffee from the staff member at the front desk. ,who was delightful. I was surprised tht they didnt have lobby coffee avail, since we didnt have a coffee maker. The coffee she gave us was for the staff .
It,s an old hotel. They gave us an accessible room, that we didnt need. It had a chair in the shower stall and grab bars. Why?I feel like someone else might have needed it. The floor was a bit sticky, but it was VERY humid. A/C had a hard time keeping the room cool at 65 degree setting, but it was 90 degrees outside. Understandable.

Would have a decent view if you could actually see out the windows. It was close to the ballpark.
Just about everything here was just absolute shit. Staff was extremely rude and my room was not clean
Nothing
It was dirty, the bed flipped up when you sat on it, very dated
