Sehr netter und zuvorkommender Umgang. Sehr hilfsbereit u. freundlich. Kein Wunsch blieb offen. Zimmer sehr sauber, super Frühstück. Sehr gut auch die zentrale Lage und doch sehr ruhig.

Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel mit sehr gutem Frühstück
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in Westerland, Strand, Bahnhof und Fussgängerzone sind fussläufig erreichbar. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, die Rezeption kompetent und freundlich.

Cons:

Zimmerservice scheint optional, wird jedenfalls nicht täglich durchgeführt. Das Hotel könnte etwas Farbe vertragen.

Cons:

Unmöglichkeit getrennte Rechnung für zweite mitreißende Person. Für Kurtaxe erstellte Rechnung zahlen zwei unterschiedliche Personen, werden aber zwei Rechnungen auf gleiche Name, dabei ohne vermerkt, dass das Geld in Bar erhalten würde.

Die Lage in 2. Reihe am Strand und das Frühstück war top.

Cons:

Wir hatten 1 Nacht Mimosa Hotel gebucht und versehentlich 1 weitere Nacht in Mimosa suites. Wir wollten Mimosa suites stornieren um im selben Zimmer bleiben zu können, da war die Mitarbeiterin nicht in der Lage zu. Sie hatte behauptet, die Hotels seien getrennt, obwohl sie zusammen gehören.
Die Zimmer waren auch zu klein und in die Jahre gekommen.
