Bad customer service
The service
I really enjoyed my stay! The hotel was in a great location and the price was very reasonable. Everything was clean, and I especially loved how fresh and clean the hotel smelled. The free breakfast was a great bonus and had everything I needed to start my day. I also felt very safe during my stay, which made the experience even better. The outside sitting area was a nice touch and a great place to relax. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!
The overall taste of the food could have been better. I also would have liked to see more fruit options. Additionally, the lights were not on in the breakfast area, which made it feel a little dark. The pillows in the room did not meet my expectations.
Chambre fonctionnelle
Arrivée en famille 2 adultes 2 enfants chambre toujours pas prête à 20h. Inondée d’eau durant 24h suite problème de Clim….. le ménage moyen avec notamment des cotons tiges usagé entre les meubles et une blatte énorme dans la salle de bain….. sinon petit déjeuner simple mais fait l’affaire. Nous avons apprécié le café à volonté et free chaque jour.

We had 5 guests and only 2 forks and 2 spoons in the eating utensils. Also there were no kitchen scissors.
