Great stay wish I could go back
Pros:

The lady at the front desk Cierra was freaking amazing give her a raise and supervisor position the damn sure deserves it and the hotel was nice and clean and breakfast was sooo good!!!

Would stay here again!
Pros:

I liked that the rooms and hotel were clean for the most part. I loved that it was quiet and peaceful. I like the location. I didn't have to worry about my car parked out in the parking lot. It seems to be in a safe area. The staff seemed friendly enough. They keep the outside area nice and presentable as well.

Cons:

I did NOT like that they do NOT clean your room during your stay. I only stayed 2 nights. My room was never cleaned and I had to go down and asked for fresh towels. My floor had some type of residue on it. It gave me swiffer jet vibes. Walking with house shoes was ok, but with tennis shoes I almost slipped and broke my neck. The floor needs to be ripped, not stiffened. I absolutely did NOT enjoy the breakfast, but they tried. It has a pancake maker, but its terribly slow. I would add another protein option and maybe a waffle maker. The eggs can be less wet. They also have no pool and I didn't like that. However, I would still stay here again.

Pros:

The facility is great! Love the kitchenette.

Cons:

My room was not ready until around 6pm. I arrived around 5pm.
Dont like the fact that I could not use my own pots and pans that I took with me.

My 4 day stay@Sonesta in Lafayette La
Pros:

The room was clean, comfortable bed, pillows.Hot water, a/c worked. Having a kitchenette was great. Staff was friendly most of them.

Cons:

The lady over breakfast could have been more friendly. Breakfast was good except the potatoes. Hotel have only 1evevator.

Good location and value, need to work on overbooking on booking.com and the actual hotel itself.
Pros:

I liked that it had a fridge and small stove.

Cons:

Rooms were over booked so I didn’t get to enjoy my stay as much as I expected. We had to get a separate room to accommodate and it just wasn’t great. The staff was very friendly and helpful but it was just very inconvenient.

Pros:

The exterior of the hotel and the breakfast food area were decent-looking. The complimentary breakfast was decent-tasting and had a really cool pancake-making machine.

Cons:

The hallways and elevators were dirty and had a strong, bad-smelling odor. I booked two rooms, and both were smelly, and one was dirty. Both rooms had seen heavy wear, and the doors were damaged. One of the room's main doors was damaged and looked like it had been broken into before. The main door was very damaged and looked like it had been broken into before.

Lastly, some of the staff were nice and accommodating, but some of the staff were rude and dismissive. For example, one of the staff was waiting for the complimentary breakfast area to close at 0900. He was sitting in a corner, staring at all the patrons and making them uncomfortable. At 0900, he started closing everything down and pressuring some of the hotel customers to hurry up and leave. Even though these folks already had their food, they left the food serving area and sat down in the dining area.

It was pretty obvious to me that this particular staff member did not care about making customers feel welcome or about wanting them to stay at the hotel again. He was focused solely on his job of shutting down and cleaning up the area.

Pros:

The room was a nice size and the beds were comfy! The gentleman that checked us in was super sweet and very helpful! The hotel was next to a great burger joint! Would stay here again..

Cons:

The price was a little steep, but am finding that alot these days.. Breakfast was ok, need more selections..
