Už sa sem nikdy nevrátime

Páčila sa mi jedine tak lokalita a že na izbe je malá kuchyňa vybavená s chladničkou, malou dvojplatničkou a mikrovlnkou

Bývali sme na 4 poschodí, na druhý deň nášho pobytu sa im pokazil na hoteli výťah a nebol opravený do konca nášho pobytu, izba nebola dostatočne uprataná, keď sme prišli, neodtekala vaňa, 5x sme žiadali recepčných, aby to prišiel niekto vyčistiť, ale nedočkali sme sa, na fotkách majú krásnu novú práčovňu, ale realita je taká, že ani jedna práčka nefunguje, keď sme sa na to pýtali recepčnej, či fungujú, povedala neochotne, že ona nevie, že ona si tam veci neperie, keď som chcela, aby nám vymenili uteráky, tak mi pani chyžná povedala, že nemôže lebo že má len uteráky do izieb, ktoré ide prichystať pre nových klientov, tak som si ich bola sama oprať. Po celom hoteli sú na podlahe koberce, ktoré zapáchajú. Boli sme už párkrát ubytovaní v Soneste, ale v NJ a tam to bolo trocha na vyššej úrovni ako tu v Bostone.

Die Zimmer hatten eine angenehme Größe

Die Zimmer waren einfach ausgestattet, was für den Preis auch ok ist. Personal kann man nicht wirklich bewerten, da die Rezeption selten besetzt war. Obwohl ich für 3 Personen gebucht hatte, war nur das Bett bezogen, für die Schlafcouch mussten wir erst nachfragen. Die Zimmer waren oberflächlich sauber, wurden aber lange nicht mehr intensiv gereinigt. In den 11 Tagen unseren Aufenthalts wurde das Zimmer nicht einmal gereinigt, es gab keine neuen Handtücher. Eine Reinigungskraft war nicht zu finden. Es gab auch nur ein Trockentuch, keine weiteren Putzutensilien für die Küche. Stühle gab es 2 im Raum. Laut Beschreibung sollte man vor Ort Kleinigkeiten kaufen können, es gab aber nur Wasser, ansonsten waren alle Regale leer.

The area where the hotel was, was very convienent. The hotel itself was not worth anywhere near what we paid for 3 night

The location to all of the areas we were visiting. The staff were very friendly.

Cons:

It was filthy. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, the shower curtain rod was about to fall down, very small trash can for the entire room. There were no extra sheets/blankets for the pull out couch. When we asked the staff they said they were out. They did end up taking from a vacant room to give to us. There was sand all over the couch, so just threw a sheet over it to sleep on. The mattress for the couch was stained and you rolled to the middle of the mattress. We ended up taking the mattress off the couch and placing it on the floor. The long term residents would smoke in the hall and then go into their room which smelled up the entire floor. Trash was left outside of the elevator all day long.

One of the positive aspects of Sonesta Simply Suites Boston was the staff. Most of the employees were friendly, helpful, and professional. The hotel is located in a quiet area, away from the busy city center, which is convenient for guests traveling by car. The rooms are spacious and well-suited for families, especially families of four, as they include a separate bedroom with a full-size bed and a sofa bed in the living area. However, despite these positives, the overall cleanliness and atmosphere did not meet my expectations.

Cons:

Sonesta Simply Suites Boston was unfortunately a very disappointing experience. The first thing you notice is the dirty carpet throughout the hotel. The sofa in the room was also stained and unclean. The atmosphere did not feel comfortable or safe, as there were people smoking marijuana around the hotel every day. It seemed that some residents were staying there through housing assistance programs, which affected the overall environment. I would not recommend this hotel to travelers looking for a clean and pleasant stay.
