Pros:

One of the positive aspects of Sonesta Simply Suites Boston was the staff. Most of the employees were friendly, helpful, and professional. The hotel is located in a quiet area, away from the busy city center, which is convenient for guests traveling by car. The rooms are spacious and well-suited for families, especially families of four, as they include a separate bedroom with a full-size bed and a sofa bed in the living area. However, despite these positives, the overall cleanliness and atmosphere did not meet my expectations.

Cons:

Sonesta Simply Suites Boston was unfortunately a very disappointing experience. The first thing you notice is the dirty carpet throughout the hotel. The sofa in the room was also stained and unclean. The atmosphere did not feel comfortable or safe, as there were people smoking marijuana around the hotel every day. It seemed that some residents were staying there through housing assistance programs, which affected the overall environment. I would not recommend this hotel to travelers looking for a clean and pleasant stay.

Great stay during World Cup. An uber

Given the prices being charged for hotels during the World Cup this was excellent value

Cons:

Rooms and Hotel are a bit dated and run down. If you are looking for luxury this is not for you, if you are looking for basic clean and comfortable and on a budget this ticks the box.

Cons:

I didn’t feel totally safe here due to those residents who appeared to live here. Disappointed in housekeeping service schedule. We were staying at the hotel for a three week period and cleaning is only done every 2 weeks.
