Eigentlich nette Zimmer, leider ist der Service eine Katastrophe

Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung.

Cons:

Ich war 2 Wochen im Hotel. Beim betreten des Zimmers habe ich festgestellt das das Licht an der Decke nicht funktioniert.
Ich habe das dann am nächsten Tag in der Rezeption gemeldet, aber leider wurde das Licht nicht repariert, obwohl ich es mehrmals in den 2 Wochen bemängelt habe. Es wurde immer etwas aufgeschrieben aber nichts gemacht.
In den letzten 2 Nächten war dann auch noch das Fenster mit Plastikfolie zugeklebt, weil anscheinend die Aussenfassade gestrichen wurde.
Mann könnte wenigstens Bescheid sagen das arbeitet gemacht werden.
Der Gang war auch stark verschmutzt und müsste dringend gestaubsaugt werden.
Alles in allem etwas schmuddelig das Hotel, was eigentlich Schade ist.

I would stay again
Pros:

The bed was comfortable. It was nice having coffee and fridge in the room. Complimentary COLD water and chips the next morning hit the spot. Thank you

Cons:

Small things were a problem; no hand soap in the bathroom. The light in the entry of room 305 did not work.
OH YA BIG PROBLEM, the call button didn't work on the 3rd floor so we had to go down the stairs every time. Was a pain with luggage.

Comfortable bed, good value, but I don’t want to come back.

The staff was very friendly and customer service oriented.

Cons:

Many different parts of the room had quality issues or missing parts. An air conditioner didn’t work, then no towel rack, broken toilet paper holder, ONE spoon in the kitchen…

Location was good

Cons:

The room was semi clean I went out and got cleaning supplies to clean bathroom n kitchen area sink in bathroom water was not flowing down asked several times for a maintenance check they “claimed” it was looked at but still wasn’t working. Had to wash hands and brush teeth in kitchen area. Heating system wasn’t plugged in ask for someone to come plug in it because we couldn’t find the outlet- was told maintenance wasn’t on duty every time lol- after the 3rd we gave up on both the sink n heat.

Cons:

As soon as we arrived, there was a very strong smell of dog urine outside the property. Upon entering the room, it was clear that it had not been properly cleaned—the odor inside was unpleasant, and both the couch and floors were visibly dirty. The overall stench made the stay very uncomfortable.

Additionally, there is ongoing construction outside. Given the current conditions, it does not feel appropriate for the hotel to be open to guests at this time.
