My hotel stay was good. We had no issues w anything really. Room was clean, we never had any issues w noise or foolishness in the halls or anything. The front desk employees were pleasant & helpful & accommodating. Will stay again

Horrible. Won't be back. I've stayed at several ESAs, this one was terrible.
Pros:

Good location. Nice Television.

Cons:

Counters were dirty. Shower didn't work. Air conditioning was anemic and I could barely sleep it was so hot. Breakfast was prepackaged Nutrigrain bars. Beds were hard as the floor. Everything seemed old. There was a weird chemical smell in the room.

No one at the front desk at any point in time. Couple people came to check in and they had to wait for someone to come back from being on the floor with housekeepers.

Excellent Hotel!!
Pros:

During my stay here at the Extended Stay America I have experienced nothing but friendly staff, clean rooms and exceptional service. They also have a good grab and go breakfast selection. The staff has been consistently helpful and they engage in conversation with my entire family. They make you feel very safe and welcomed and I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing a affordable place to stay within the Columbia location.

I would not stay there again.
Pros:

I had 5 sleepless nights because of the occupants in the room above were running, bouncing on their floor sometimes as late as in the morning.
The only night staff was very relict ant to help talking to the guests above me to stop making so much noise so late at night.
