Reasonable accommodations if you book at a fair price
Pros:

The beds were reasonably comfortable and it was quiet.

Cons:

Was there for a concert weekend and the price was very high relative to the facilities and services. If I had paid half the amount I would have thought it was a fair value.

Pros:

Location near family. I love the autonomy of a pop-up apartment whenever I come in (I live abroad, keep a storage unit near by). This chain is basic, you can't expect a normal hotel. But if you want a short term studio apartment, you can't beat it. Right near my family.

Cons:

Knowing what to expect is key. But for me, perfectly happy.

My hotel stay was good. We had no issues w anything really. Room was clean, we never had any issues w noise or foolishness in the halls or anything. The front desk employees were pleasant & helpful & accommodating. Will stay again

Horrible. Won't be back. I've stayed at several ESAs, this one was terrible.
Pros:

Good location. Nice Television.

Cons:

Counters were dirty. Shower didn't work. Air conditioning was anemic and I could barely sleep it was so hot. Breakfast was prepackaged Nutrigrain bars. Beds were hard as the floor. Everything seemed old. There was a weird chemical smell in the room.
