You made our KC visit comfortable!
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing! Donna was so friendly and helpful as she offered anything we needed. The variety of breakfast items was impressive! We even had omelettes available! My mother said the biscuits and gravy were delicious.

Cons:

The elevator quit working. Since we were on the 3rd floor and my 90 year old Mother uses a walker, they moved us to the first floor, and even had a handicapped room available! That was even better than the room on the 3rd floor!

I think they said the elevator overheated.

Pros:

El hotel esta bien, el servicio muy bien y las instalaciones cómodas.
La señora que atiende en el desayuno es divina, muy buena persona y linda! Muy servicial e hizo mejor la estadía.
El desayuno estaba bien, no tenía mucha variedad pero saca del afán

Cons:

El wifi es malísimo, no llega la señal o es muy baja en todas partes.

Pros:

Locatie was top voor ons doel, namelijk het WK voetbal! Op loopafstand van de busverbinding naar het Fifa fan festival. Kamer was ruim, bedden waren goed, en ontbijt was prima, beetje eentonig na 1 week, maar ja dat hoort bij de USA. Broodje kaas kennen ze niet.

Cons:

Dat er nog steeds met plastic bestek, papieren bordjes en plastic bekers wordt gegeten waardoor er heel veel afval wordt gegenereerd. Zelf eigen bestek meegenomen, want niets ergers dan met plastic bestek te moeten eten, dus we waren voorbereid. En iets meer variatie in het ontbijt, maar zoals al eerder aangegeven gaat dat niet gebeuren.

Air conditioning didn't work well. It was set to 61 degrees but was no where near as cold as it should be for lowest temperature setting.

Price was high for this property maybe because of the World Cup
Pros:

Breakfast was great, ladies were super sweet and helpful

Cons:

I got a room next to the kitchen/pantry it had a weird smell and on my first night that I got there from a long drive I wa super tired but kitchen staff woke me up since 5am. I called front desk to let them know they were making to much noice and I could hear their conversation and shutting doors, pans etc. The second day noise woke me up at 6am.
