It was old but nice
Not real clean
Location and the kitchenette
My room had a stickiness to the floor and ants. I told the clerk and she said she would get someone to spray but I requested that they spray after I leave because I have severe asthma.
No water pressure in the shower. Very low water level. It might be for good reason (water conservation), I was not aware of and got me surprised.
I had a very hard time finding it. Very hard time. I went left instead of right.
The rooms are super clean. The hotel staff treats you like family. The location is in walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. It's perfect for travelers that need peace and quiet and a home away from home.
This place is an amazing place to stay, what’s lacking in fancy amenities is made up for by the amazing staff. This place is pet friendly and so close to all downtown attractions. Even the long term guest here are amazing. If you’re ever in the area looking for an amazing affordable place this is the top place I recommend

My second time staying there was noisy and uncomfortable
I booked my fifteen days stay through booking.com, why did I got a call from the front desk saying that I owed the $500 and some dollars after a week stay. I went downstairs and let them know I have a receipt that says my hotel fees had already been paid. I asked to called booking, but they said no, that they only do weekly stay, being that my is an over a week that is why the call was made. I just ignored there excuse and went to work. Always hold on to your receipt and know what you paid for.
