Room was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Laundry facilities were good
breakfast wasn't really breakfast, coffee bar and some nutrigrain bars and grits packets although advertised as breakfast and not enough toiletries provided

Beds are very hard not comfortable at all . And people was so loud there all hours of the night

They didn't have our room ready at check-in, no coffee pot in the room, overpriced for a basic room but there was a big concert in town
Very helpful front desk when I checked in. Have mobility issues and was given room on first floor and the young lady helped me wheel my bags to my room!

Very hard to load and unload from car, electric doors are a must!
The young woman who was at the desk after 7 pm needs a different job or a complete attitude adjustment - when I asked for the kitchen set up I got a nasty attitude, when I asked if she'd help me with it to my room as I walk with a cane, she told me to put it on the suitcase trolley and push it, when I returned with the trolley and asked for coffee cups, I got another nasty attitude. I have been in service industryfor over 50 years and if I had ever found an employee treating a customer as she treated me, she'd be fired.
Close to the expressway. Plenty of room to park our truck and trailer. Kitchenette worked very well for fixing simple meals. 2 chairs and a small desk/table for eating.
We stayed 8 days. They charged us for 7 days when we got there and 1 day on day 6 for the next week.
You have to go to the front desk to get clean towels and toilet paper.
Only 1 chair for relaxing. Difficult for 2 people in the room.
Front desk staff such as John r all very friendly. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable with a nice kitchen. Will book again if traveling to the area again.
Kitchenette in room with refrigerator was very helpful. Coffe and pre-packaged breakfast items available in lobby were a nice extra.
Some of our "neighbors" were a bit noisy (crying babies, early morning voices and activity, etc.) This is not unexpected for an extended stay, just be aware if you are a light sleeper.
Staff was very friendly - all of them! Place was very comfortable, cozy, & clean.

Upon arrival, the staff was very welcoming and friendly. Quickly checked me in & gave me my key. My room was clean and very comfortable - even tbe pillows were great & I'm very picky about my pillow! Everything was clean, organized & working properly. They even gave me a room in the top floor as I requested - I work nights & precious places affected my sleep hearing people walking around all day.
There's nothing I didn't like. Everything was wonderful.

My room had a stickiness to the floor and ants. I told the clerk and she said she would get someone to spray but I requested that they spray after I leave because I have severe asthma.
No water pressure in the shower. Very low water level. It might be for good reason (water conservation), I was not aware of and got me surprised.
I had a very hard time finding it. Very hard time. I went left instead of right.
The rooms are super clean. The hotel staff treats you like family. The location is in walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. It's perfect for travelers that need peace and quiet and a home away from home.
This place is an amazing place to stay, what’s lacking in fancy amenities is made up for by the amazing staff. This place is pet friendly and so close to all downtown attractions. Even the long term guest here are amazing. If you’re ever in the area looking for an amazing affordable place this is the top place I recommend
