Overall all good
Pros:

Loved the location, the staff were great, and the actual quietness of the room despite there being lots of other people around.

Cons:

The room / AC smelled moldy. We tried looking around but couldn't think of anything that would cause it besides something we couldn't see.

Pillows was very small & old, carpet, couch unclean. Air conditioner working not smooth running and stopped all the time. The TV no signal not working.

Convenient, comfortable, clean with an attentive staff
Pros:

Convenience,breakfast was consistent and good variety, staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Cable tv went out twice but I feel this is more an issue for the network provider than the property

Cons:

Key didn't work, repeatedly. Fridge not cold, all our food spoiled. No hairdryer, one elevator broken. Somewhat rundown.

i stayed at Comfort Suites for several weeks and enjoyed my stay.
Pros:

The location worked well for me. My room was clean and house keeping did a good job. The breakfast was consistently good. Staff was accommodating, friendly and helpful.

Cons:

the TV went out twice for several hours. I don’t think this was the property’s fault but rather the provider( spectrum)

This was my fourth time coming to NC and staying at this hotel. Its affordable, great location and staff. I'm used to the breakfast and how everything works

Excellent service just mishap with access to door to room
Pros:

The continuing problem with the key to room before and after checking-in had to reactive three separate times that would allow you access to the room water for shower was Luke warm

I checked out early. I was not happy with my stay.
Pros:

The staff was friendly.

Cons:

The room was not cleaned at all. The carpets needed deep cleaning. There was hair in my shower. There was roaches in my room.
