My stay was okay for my kids , but me as a parent that’s goin thru a house fire , I wasn’t able to sleep at all… I’m a s

The beds was comfortable but I didn’t sleep at all , I watched my kids all nite , I keep hearing the refrigerator make noises

Cons:

That the pool was closed & there wasn’t enough bedding for my pull out coach , I asked them to bring some and they never did

It was an affordable option for a one night stay. If you don’t need anything fancy then this will do.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly. The location was good.

Cons:

It needs major and minor updates. The AC in the hallway was off. The pool was permanently closed. The room smelled like marijuana.

Hier würden wir nicht nochmal übernachten.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung,es gab Obst,Saft,Waffeln zum selber backen.

Cons:

Im Zimmer stinkende Klimaanlage, die wir deshalb nicht nutzen konnten.
Die Aufbettung für das dritte Kind,auf der Couch,konnten wir nicht nutzen, da beim aufklappen der Couch lauter Krümmel und Dreck zu sehen waren.

They tried to steal my money
Pros:

Nothing except the size of the room.the room was beautiful, but the tub and toilet were too low, and the curtains wouldn't stay closed.

Cons:

They overcharged my card over 500.00 dollars, even though I paid in cash. I booked the room for 2 nights and only stayed 1. My card was then frozen due to a fraud alert.

It left us with no money for the rest of the trip.

A refund was offered, but they said I would have to use it to stay another night.

We left and took the refund instead of staying there hours away from home with no money. We used the refund for gas to get home.

Our stay this weekend was excellent! Clean room overall clean facility and great people

Very clean and staff has great customers service skills everyone was so nice

We had issues with our toilet no flushing but they fixed it in about 10 minutes
