Horrific stay. Will NEVER stay at this facility anywhere in the world. Poor corp. culture.

The location as related to the purpose for my trip.

Cons:

Walked into a filthy room. The unprofessional staff, the facilities, so many things were inoperable. Not clean. Had to contact Booking.com x4 in the first 6 hours. Still waiting for resolution.

Great location …It looks really nice and the price is budget friendly

Cons:

My bathroom sink had dirt in it. The dishwasher smelled like rotten eggs . The shower floor made a noise when you took a shower. The bed was not a queen like I payed for. More like a full. My husband and I had back discomfort because the beds were so uncomfortable and not a true queen size bed. I had dirty dishes in cabinets

We liked the location to the proximity of where we needed to be. We also liked the price.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the room was not up to Parr. When we checked in the first thing that I checked was the air filters on the air-conditioning unit and they were so compact with dust that I personally clean them in the bathtub. Then I found that the bathtub drain did not drain properly. We did not have enough towels or any extra toilet paper so we had to go to the front desk and get them. Also, there was not an ice machine that was easily available.

Cheap place to stay but don’t expect anything spectacular.

The AC and kitchenette

Cons:

Get a new luggage cart! There were only two and one of them (the one I used) was broken.

Housekeeping and maintenance needs to do a better job-having a clogged shit-filled toilet for the next customer is unsanitary & just disgusting. I didn’t find out about the toilet until I had unpacked everything, maintenance leaves at 3-4pm and is gone for the weekend so they put me in a new room and it took me another hour to switch rooms with the broken luggage cart.

Housekeeping didn’t come at all during my stay there.

If you on a tight budget the place to stay.
Pros:

The price for three nights was decent and they accommodate me for an early arrival and the staff was very helpful.

Cons:

The room appears to be cleaned but found left over food by bedside and a dead roach in bathroom and there was no pots or pans to use the stove.
