The room was amazing.
We stayed for three nights to begin with at a good price. When we decided to stay another week we were quoted two different prices and were charged the higher price. I am a Choice member and was not given a discount. I will not recommend this hotel in the future to anyone. I was going to extend my stay for a few months but will not due to the charges.
The price and the cleanliness of the room. It was quiet.
The lady receptionist was a little rude but the manager is nice

The affordable price if you wanted to stay longer than a night.
It's in the worst part of town in Oklahoma City, drug infected people, to homeless people running in and out of the building all night. And drug deals happening in the parking lot. Got random strangers following you around to your hotel room.
Had to be moved to another room because the air/ heat unit wasn't turning on.
Mirrors had lipstick kisses from the previous guests and when moved to a new room, the shower head was broken. So I basically had to take a wash up instead of having a regular shower.
Room had roaches second night of staying.
I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a safe night sleep.
The room was amazing. It was very cozy and didn't have that cheap motel room feel that even the nicer motels have. It felt like a tiny apartment. I had just spent three weeks in a motel across town that didn't even have a microwave or Wi-Fi. I paid more for that room than I did for this one and it had an entire kitchenette complete with a full refrigerator. There's an ironing board and an iron and strong Wi-Fi. The hardwood floors just gave it that coziness more akin to a bed and breakfast and a cheap motel. I only got to stay for one night and it was pretty late when I get in so I have no idea what the staff is like or anything else for that matter but it seemed like a well-run facility.
This isn't the greatest part of town at night. It's not the greatest part of town during the day either, but at night, it becomes a little bit more obvious. If you can get past this flaw, then you'll be really impressed with the quality of this Motel for the price. After a certain time, you have to be buzzed in by the front desk in order to even enter the motel, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Had I known that this place was so much nicer, I would have given my business to them for 3 weeks instead.
Staff and rooms were very pleasant and tidy.
The location and the local vagrants.
