The location is perfect for sightseeing. Many iconic landmarks were a few minutes from walking distance.
The room was a bit small.

It’s in the center of tourist attractions. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. They give complimentary snacks and drinks during your stay. Most of the hotel staff spoke English.
No small hand towels to bath with. Extremely small room. The advertisement of room did not give an accurate description of room.
The location was perfect. Right beside the cathedral and minutes walk to templo mayor, the metro and numerous sights and restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The terrace bar also makes great margaritas.
The walls were thin that we could often hear the people beside and below us in the morning/day but it was quiet when needed at night.

ロビーを進んだスペースにグアバやポテトチップス、コーヒーがあり、宿泊客は無料で頂くことができました。
メキシコらしいと言えばその通りなのですが、、初めてメキシコへ旅行に来た両親をがっかりさせてしまいました。
17時にホテルへ到着したら、宿泊予定の部屋の清掃が完了していない、終わる時間も未定だからロビーで待っていてほしいと言われました。
15時からチェックイン可能なのに終わっていない理由を尋ねると、前の宿泊客がレイトチェックアウトをしたわけでも無く、特に理由は無いが遅れているとの返答がありました。
フロントスタッフ、後にコンシェルジュスタッフに対応してもらいましたが、お詫びの言葉が無いのはもちろん、上司が帰ってしまったから宿泊料金を割引くこともできない旨の一点張りでした。
仕方ないので清掃中は空き部屋の中で高層階かつ景色の見える部屋を割り当ててほしい旨を伝えたにも関わらず2階の部屋へ案内されそうになったため、再度問い合わせると高層階にも空き部屋があることが分かったり、私たちの対応中に他の宿泊客からの電話に出ていたり、真摯に取り合ってもらえませんでした。
部屋へ上がる際はベルマンが案内してくれるのですが、私たちの荷物を持たず部屋のカードキーを開けたのみ、Wi-Fiやホテル施設の基本的な説明も無いのにチップが欲しそうな顔をされました。
メキシコで日本レベルのサービスを求めるのは間違っているのですが、ロケーションが最高で他の宿泊者からの評価も良いこちらのホテルで、このような結果となりとても残念です。

La posizione, stare su un tempio azteco, la struttura, la comodità del letto.
La colazione. Nessuna torta o dolce particolare, molto incentrata sul salato. Per chi non fa colazioni salate c’è solo la frutta. Non ho trovato nemmeno frutta secca o granola. I cereali erano confezionati con le scatole in vista.
