Pros:

Todo, el personal de servicio es espectacular al igual que la ubicacion y restaurante. La muchacha de recepción (paulina) excepcional en su atención, amable, atenta y muy cordial e informativa con nuestra familia. EL agua y las guayabitas a disposición. Los baños de uso común impecables.

Cons:

Tal vez que se pueda coordinar previo el ingreso con taxi del aeropuerto a hotel.

El lugar es una belleza, sus instalaciones son muy impresionantes la verdad un 10/10 y el botones que nos atendió la verdad un excelente servicio al cliente.

En la recepción cuando llegamos vi a una chica frustrada, nos dejó un buen tiempo esperando, luego nos atendió y nos explicó algo del lugar y cambio un.poco la situación, el dia siguiente yo tenia que cerrar un negocio y llame a recepción consultando si tenian centro de negocios ya que necesitaba unas impresiones y escanear unos documentos firmados y me indicaron que no tenian esta opción que las impresiones si me las podían sacar pero no tenian escaner y que no tenian centro de negocios, que tenia que salir a buscar un café Internet, la respuesta la vi poco profesional y rara a la vez, por lo que tuve que manejar todo desde mi oficina y la verdad fue complicado y molesto me tuve que atrasar como 3 horas para salir viendo que hacía para solucionar este tema al final lo logramos, luego el dia siguiente a este tema estábamos observando con mi esposa y hay un cartel donde indica que si tenian centro de negocios, me moleste y me diriji a la recepción y le indique a unas señoritas 3 por cierto que estaban ahi solucionando un problema que tenian con una impresora nuevamente frustradas y les comente sobre el tema y una de ellas me respondió de una forma inadecuada que no servía el equipo del centro de negocios, el lugar es hermoso pero veo personal con muy poca capacidad o falta de capacitación para estar atendiendo este hotel, yo fui gerente de recepción en un hotel 5 estrellas en un lugar que se llama Antigua Guatemala, Hotel Casa Santo Domingo y ahi se cuidan tanto estos detalles ya que uno de huesped espera estar como en casa o mejor que en ella, espero resuelvan este detalle, por otro lado en el restaurante hay personas demasiado serias, no se por que se comportan de esta forma como que no les gustará lo que hacen, la verdad que si es asi se deberían de buscar otro trabajo, el arte de la hostelería es el servicio al cliente y sobre todo una sonrisa calida.

Vamos a regresar por que nos fascinaron las instalaciones!!

Increíble hotel

Quizá, faltó solo por parte del staff que nos dieran más información sobre el restaurente de ahí. Sobre las cosas que podemos disfrutar dentro del hotel. Aún así el staff es excelente.
