It was bad
Pros:

Nothing, it smelled , dirty kitchen, cabinets and fridge was nasty , air conditioner didn’t work , small television and the bed was hard , dirty walls I hated this place , after the horrible facility they also wanted you to pay for parking

Did not stay, did not feel safe, did not feel clean.
Pros:

The staff is very friendly and helpful!

Cons:

This is not a typical Extended Stay America. It is in poor condition (peeling paint, damaged "art" on walls, damaged/paint on floors) and is more like a youth hostel in bad condition - without the youth. It's seedy and shabby and has a neglected and abandoned vibe.

I didn’t like the fact that people were sitting in the parking lot back area with lawns chairs. that people were sitting out. that people were outside looking like they were drug addicts. I would never stay at this hotel again in life.

Very convenient to the airport
Pros:

Comfortable bed good air conditioner

Cons:

Wish there was food and drinks available to purchase other than vending machines. Which I lost $6.00 in . The machine went out of order after I paid. It would be nice if there were seats out front while waiting for a taxi

Hotel muito fedido, não voltaria nunca mais.
Pros:

A localização é boa, proximo ao aeroporto e ao estádio (fui para a Copa)

Cons:

O hotel parece estar abandonado, os quartos fedem muito, entramos na recepção fazendo vômito. O Carpete dos quartos é velho e mal limpo, fede muito. Os quartos não tem isolamento acústico ou olfativo, juro, fede muito.

Bad Smell outside the hotel. Facilities all worn out and broken.
Cons:

Unfortunately, my experience did not match the expectations set by the hotel's website. There was an unpleasant odor outside the property, and many of the facilities appeared worn out, poorly maintained, or broken.

The photos displayed on the website do not accurately reflect the current condition of the hotel, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, I did not receive any response to the messages I sent through this platform before my stay.

I hope the management addresses these issues to improve the experience for future guests.

The first room was dirty; the second room was okay.
Everything I needed to pay for everything! Wi-Fi cost $25. I asked for a late check-out, but they wanted $95 just to check out at 1pm, and check-out was at 11 am Overall, I paid $215 and couldn't get my money back from Booking.com. I'm not giving up free money, but please learn from my mistake-don't do it at all. There was no ice machine or any machines at all. The hallway was like walking in the projects-dirty, with a smell like pee. The person at the desk was rude and wasn't nice at all. Housekeeping came at 10:50, telling me to leave because check-out is at 11 am. I would never stay here again.

This place should not be listed as offering "breakfast". Their "breakfast" display was abysmal. The carpet in our room was filthy and smelly. The doors to the rooms on the floor made loud noises (slamming) when closing and made it hard for people to get a comfortable rest.
