Excellent stay, very comfortable and safe, very clean and really good breakfast.
Pros:

Very welcoming, clean rooms and bathrooms, very good breakfast, excellent staff. Very convenient to get to the downtown.

Cons:

The only reason I deducted a star because the bathroom door make a noise when opening/shutting that bothered my 15 month old. I did ask a staff to help but may be they forgot. It’s not a big deal but I wish it was resolved.

The property was decent for the price and the room was spacious.

Cons:

The room was slightly dirty. This was possibly due to the fact the hotel was crazy busy for the 4th. There were hairs in different places and the remote was sticky. Honestly the staff was doing the best they could with the huge influx of people.

Awesome, would stay again!
Pros:

Friendly staff, rooms were sat up good and clean, bed was comfortable, shower was excellent, and some of the beat hotel breakfast we’ve had!

Cons:

The area/traffic got busy sometimes but was totally manageable!

Cons:

Upon arrival, I was charged a inconvenience fee of $25 because I booked on Booking.com and whatever room was available it booked for me, and when I got there and checked in I was charged a inconvenience fee because they had to change my room. Which doesn’t make any sense because that’s not my fault. I was told I would get back the fee within 24 to 48 hours, and it’s been four days since and I haven’t gotten it back.

Separate issue, there were spiders in the room, the floor in the bathroom was uneven and you could tell, and there were tiny holes in the walls on the molding.

They could have more parking spots available as well.

They were absolutely amazing. Willing to correct Booking.com’s HUGE error. It’s a great location. Clean facilities. Very friendly staff. I’ll be staying here again, for sure.
