Cons:

Upon arrival, I was charged a inconvenience fee of $25 because I booked on Booking.com and whatever room was available it booked for me, and when I got there and checked in I was charged a inconvenience fee because they had to change my room. Which doesn’t make any sense because that’s not my fault. I was told I would get back the fee within 24 to 48 hours, and it’s been four days since and I haven’t gotten it back.

Separate issue, there were spiders in the room, the floor in the bathroom was uneven and you could tell, and there were tiny holes in the walls on the molding.

They could have more parking spots available as well.

They were absolutely amazing. Willing to correct Booking.com’s HUGE error. It’s a great location. Clean facilities. Very friendly staff. I’ll be staying here again, for sure.

Location to Pittsburgh, plenty of stores in the area for food, snacks, clothes, etc. Nice outside seating area and convenient stove top.

Cons:

A/C unit is LOUD. The outlet closest to the bed produces a beeping noise.

Pros:

We had booked another hotel and I would not stay there it was disgusting. So we found another hotel and what a relief to walk in after a very long day to Deb who was amazing and welcoming. She made an exceptionally awful day feel better. The hotel and room was very well taken care of. The room had a kitchen in it with a full size refrigerator which was not expected. The breakfast staff were wonderful and came out and talked to the family's. It was a great stay. I would definitely recommend the Staybridge Suites to any one who is looking for a great stay.
