Pros:

The room was comfortable and the breakfast was good.

Cons:

I booked a king room for 4 people. I emailed the property through booking,com to ensure that this room would accommodate 4 people. They said yes and that the room had a sofa bed. Upon arrival, the room only had a king bed. The reception stated that this is what I booked. When I appealed stating that I specifically emailed beforehand to ensure that I have a sofa bed, they said that because I booked through a third party, and not the hotel directly, there was nothing to do. The hotel was booked solid because of a tournament in town, which is why I was there. I have booked through this site for many years and this has never happened. I was quite disappointed. After much back and forth, the hotel was able to get us a double bed room. However, I will think twice before booking through a third party again.

Clean, welcoming, location, pet friendly, breakfast were all great.
Pros:

Good options for food. Breakfast is available more hours than other hotels.

Cons:

The only ice machine working was on the first floor.

Less than Expected
Pros:

I usually stay at Hampton Inns as I find them clean and efficient. Unfortunately this Hampton Inn was less than expected. The parking lot had lots of litter, the hotel lobby floors were dirty and the rooms as well, particularly if you are a person who sees detail (bathroom walls dirty, switch plates, etc). The cleaners they use also smell cheap and unpleasant.
I wouldn't stay here again.

Pros:

La ubicación era lo que buscamos en entre Philadelphia y los outlets.
Las instalaciones sin muy correctas, el desayuno es amplio, la oferta de café, te o chocolate caliente todo el día también. En staff cumple en solucionar los casi nulos inconvenientes.

I won’t be staying there anymore. This is the second time it has happened. Thank booking for costing a customer

The front staff tried to fix the problem of the wrong booking date. But booking.com and getting a hold of anyone is near impossible to dispute my refund .

Cons:

I wanted 2 nights and only had one and the rooms are pricey for a average room

Terrible Stay At The Hampton Inn In Plymouth Meeting
Pros:

I have stayed at Hampton Inn in other locations and had good experiences. This one was not one of them. As far as a renovated room, I have never seen one so cheaply done. I expected far more for a “king suite”. The bathroom has no towel bars to dry towels. Two small hooks that don’t hold towels well. No exhaust fan in bath so you have to keep door open while showering. I like the bathroom warm when I get out of shower. No closet. 4 hooks on a wall. The most uncomfortable sofa and chair. No coffee table. Only one small tv tray type table big enough for a small laptop so I could use one plate and silverware. My husband could not sit with me on sofa to eat, so he used our cooler as a table so he could sit in the chair and watch tv. The bed had a terrible mattress. A bad dip in mattress on one side and a high side on the other. There was no comforter on the bed but rather a nylon decorative spread that i wouldn’t want near my skin. Our room was on the second floor near the emergency exit stairs. The door did not lock to exit to the parking lot so there was no sense of security. One night someone came to our door and banged on it several times and woke us. We did not open the door and I called the front desk to complain about the lack of security. The front desk clerk said she would check it and informed me it is only left unlocked during the day. First of all, why would it be unlocked anytime for the security of guests-especially in times such as these. We checked the lock again and all you had to do was jiggle the handle and you’re in. The next night someone was vacuuming the hallway after 9pm.

Room very clean and had lots of outlets.

Cons:

Room was chilly. No thermostadt. Called front desk and they said a maintainence man would come but he never did. Barely warm enough to sleep with provided blankets.
