Provided what was needed at the time.
Pros:

I liked the staff. They were very accommodating when my room turned out to be a mess. I really appreciate the helped we received from Felicia at the front desk.

Cons:

The accommodations are old, and worn out. The hotel needs an update. The second floor smells like mildew. There is a lot of wear and tear.

Such a pleasant stay
Pros:

The bed was SO comfy, the TV worked, the shower water had so much water pressure, and the fridge was already plugged in and cold!

Cons:

The shower drain was a little rusty, so I couldn't take a bath

Ci hanno addebitato più soldi rispetto alla prenotazione booking inoltre senza dire nulla hanno addebitato la macchina sempre maggiorata rispetto a quanto previsto in prenotazione booking ( 20$ al posto di 3$). Siamo arrivati e la stanza non era preparata per 4 bensì solo per 2 persone , mancava tutta la biancheria ( lenzuola cuscini asciugamani ) e i letti non erano fatti. La receptionist ha detto che non era usanza loro preparare la camera per quattro , ci ha consegnato nella Hall lenzuola , cuscini , asciugamani e ci ha detto di arrangiarci. Inoltre mio marito è rimasto bloccato in doccia perché la porta a vetri già pericolante si è bloccata , è dovuto intervenire un addetto della struttura per liberarlo

We like this Springhill and will stay again when in the area. Cleanliness was the decimated above everything.

Terrible customer service
Pros:

The rooms and location of this place were fine - it is central to a lot of things to do in Rhode Island. The rooms are fine as well and I do think the beds are comfortable overall. However, the service here was so terrible I felt the need to leave a review. I have never experienced such poor customer service for a hotel and at such a high price point. I called them from the very beginning requesting connecting rooms and they told me I could not do this until closer to the actual date, and it wasn’t guaranteed. I talked to them two more times closer to the date and finally on the day of, they informed me they did have connecting rooms but I would have to change my room types for a charge of $300 to make it happen, even though it was a downgrade, because it was happening the day of. No management was available to waive this fee or ever tried to get into contact with me. I ended up electing not to make the switch but it definitely felt like a money grab, especially with absolutely no communication from management. Hilton has options for connecting rooms and offered me much better customer service on other nights of my trip. If you have another option, definitely choose it instead.
