Cons:

Did not end up staying. Extremely weird vibe and feeling after going up the elevator and walking to our room. Hard to explain but uneasy/unsettling. Left shortly after checking in

Smelled, TV was ridiculously hard to work!! Couldn’t find local channels, had to call office to get them. Toilet handle was broken and room looked old. Was NOT up to Hyatt standards! Breakfast was not good.

Pros:

The hotel accommodations were excellent. Traveling with family members with disabilities the room was spacious.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we experienced several issues during our stay. We were told that the property does not have a manager on staff to deal with issues that might arise. When asked for contact information, to voice our concerns during our stay the staff was unsure about what email or phone number to call for further assistance.

The lady at the front desk was super nice

Cons:

The smell in the hallway was awful. The sofa in our room had stains on it. The sofa bed had sheets still on it that looked like they were left from the previous guests. The sheets had stains all over it.

Large clean rooms , good location, very good breakfast.

Cons:

The breakfast staff was rude, disrespectful and difficult. My family and I were visiting from out of town to celebrate my nephews birthday. I rented two rooms for my family. During breakfast certain foods ran out and my family requested more. They didn't want to accommodate the guests and one of my nieces had to be consistent, basically forceful in order to get more food in which it was done reluctantly. We weren't staying for free and I was very displeased with this portion of the staff and how they treated my family.
