Great stay
Pros:

The one bedroom suite was very clean. The beds were comfortable even the sofa bed. My kids had a great time at the pool.

Cons:

The laundry room had broken washers.

DO NOT BOOK HERE ITS DIRTY AND ELEVATOR DOESN'T WORK

Location was the primary reason since it was so close to the airport

Cons:

I picked this hotel because it was so conveniently close to the airport however after a long flight would check in and there was issues with the elevator when we finally got to our room our little kids were so tired and fell quickly asleep then as I tried to make my way to get into a hot shower the bathroom was absolutely disgusting like it hadn't been cleaned in months and because our little kids were already asleep I had to opt out from requesting another room and also was not able to take a shower because that room was disgusting then I reached out to the receptionist in the morning to let her know she offered a 15% discount and said anything else would have to be discussed with the manager and to email him so I emailed both of the managers with my concerns and the pictures and no one has reached out it's been 4 days

Move away from them, BIG SCAMMERS
Pros:

Nothing there is to like at all, everything is bad there, the staff , management , room, not a safe place at all, you will be watched all the time, big scam, even though you let them know that you are concerned on these things and even escalated to the IHG guest services, nothing is gonna change, they don’t bother and they are here for scamming business,not in the hospitality business

Pros:

I like the location, it's easy to get to and lots of eating places near by.

Cons:

The second bed is a complete waste of money as it's so uncomfortable. The bed is lumpy and even the blankets are cheaper quality. Its located steps away from the kitchen so you're woken up by the refrigerator noise often.
My biggest complaint is the bed, awful!

Good place to stay, for a few days.
Pros:

It was a great stay. The room had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable. I liked the kitchen it had and a living area. Price was great. We will stay again.

Cons:

The room felt a bit small. You can sit on they're bed and almost be in the living room.
The gym has just the basic stuff but overall what you would expect for just a quick workout.

Overall. Fantastic. Great value.

Quiet clean property

Cons:

The only issues we had were no linens for the fold out couch and only 2 towels for 4 guests. We got in late from a show and didn’t realize these things and were too tired to deal with it.
