Pros:

Staff was friendly. Location is nearby Love Field Airport. Place is clean and needs were comfortable

Cons:

The outdoor pool only had 2 lounge chairs for everyone to use. Definitely not enough lounge chairs. There are trees providing shade so you can't lay out to tan

A race track right outside the windows - if you love racing super noisy roaring engines sound

that they admited their fault and fully refunded for the stay - i bare can call a stay, but I was walking dead the next day and my trip was darkened. i did not sleep the whole night till 4 am and woke up 6:45 - very low sleep score.

Cons:

Never book here. Stay away. This is on Interstate Highway. Can't sleep here. This is a catastrophe. I want my money totally refunded to me. I turned off your refrigerator and AC too; all units are from the late 80s, super noisy and ineffective. Hotel is on the interstate. Bicycle night racing. I wish I had never booked here and paid $50 more to the other hotel with the view on the Union Tower.
Cool water - no warm or hot water at all.
Shower is jail-level one - will hurt you with an aggressive stream.
Small rooms.
All smoke as a hell. Everyone is smoking outside the building.
Low, dimmed, not bright lights - impossible to see or read anything.
Only two chairs to sit in for the room of 6, as they say.
No dinner table.
Nightmare I want to forget right away.
Lessons learned - a low price is a representation of the low quality you will get.

Great place to stay for a quick turnaround to make a doctor’s appointment
Pros:

Very convenient location. Friendly staff. Shuttle so we didn’t have to drive to dinner

Cons:

Shower head had extremely too much water pressure, tub didn’t drain fast enough for the pressure

Poop hotel and a guy tried to fight me at the front desk.
Pros:

Basically nothing

Cons:

It smelled bad, they double charged me, there was trash and POOP under our bed, I felt unsafe staying there
