We called ahead of a time to see if we could check in before four and the lady told us yes we can check in at three, but

I like the layout of the double room and that it had a kitchen.

Cons:

In the shower, there was barely any water pressure and the hot water took forever to heat up and the bathroom door didn’t shut or lock. The AC didn’t work very well. It was hot in the rooms. There was no fan in the bedroom. They disabled our room key before we even checked out. When we were taking stuff to our car, we had to have someone stay in the room so we didn’t get locked out.

Climbing four levels of stairs with no discount is ridiculous

Cons:

Had to walk stairs bc elevators were out of service and I was placed on 4th floor! If your making me climb 4 levels of stairs each time I leave my room then I would discount your rooms that stay on 4th floor! Was really unhappy about this situation!
