Everything you’d expect at a hotel

We have used this property several years in a row for the race that we were running. This year, however, the facility and staff were severely lacking. Our room was dirty and we didn’t have enough towels. There was no bedding for the sofa bed, which was disgustingly dusty and very uncomfortable. We also had no toilet paper, kitchen towels, or Kleenex. All of these things had to be collected from the front desk, and when we commented about the state of the room, we asked if we could move rooms, but were told that the hotel was sold out that night. We vacuumed the room ourselves and the next day we had no housekeeping service.

there were cockroaches, they never cleaned the room, or bring clean towels, the elevator wasn't working, I told them in the RESERVATION MY SON IS disable. We got a room in the third floor. there was a circuit in the room, we were in the dark. The tv control isn't works.

There was food crumbs all in the fridge and the towels were a little bit discoloured and there was pee around the toilet. Definitely some more permanent people

The front desk receptionist informed me upon arrival that I would not be staying in the king bed room that I reserved because they were over booked. Instead, I was put into a room with two double beds, and a broken ice maker in the kitchenette. I barely fit in a double bed, and there was no ice available in the entire hotel.

The elevator quit working. I have COPD and going up and down 3 flights of stairs didn't help. Also, while everything in the room was clean, the mattress, sheets, and blanket for the hideabed were stained.

My room stunk SO bad, but I think the bathroom had just been remodeled. It was a beautiful bathroom, but it was a stinky room.

I booked this not knowing the area or the facilities- there were people smoking weed outside, cars full of trash etc - the first room smelled of cigarettes and you could just feel this is a half way point for people who are house less. It was so late when I got there I had to stay, the next day I left because it was not clean enough for me. There was literally hair and a booger in my hand towel. After I left I have been fighting with booking.com AND the facility as ONE of them are holding my money for the entire week that I booked even tho I left after the first night and this hotel says their cancellation policy is ONE night. They are playing games and it is so stressful. Do not stay here go to the Crystal Inn
