I like that it had one bedroom so I liked how the couches were and our TVs the full kittens. You know the air fryer the laundry rooms at a decent price. The only thing I did not like is one of the staff the two of the staff Hella rude, and the one that checked me into the one that I handed papers too she was kind of mean but couldn’t understand special-needs kids or adult adults so I felt comfortable with her a little and I like the barbecues I like the new area by the barbecues and the Management was one of the red ones so that’s why I didn’t really like Management and everything else was good except handicap needed to be updated. ADLADLS and ADA needed to be updated.

Cons:

Pretty much fun being rude to special-needs individuals and disability, ADL and ADLS and ADA individuals even though he was nice to other individuals and by the barbecue pits, there is some unwanted guest activity but other than that good

I selected the hotel for the advertised airport shuttle service it doesn't provide.
Pros:

I liked the spaciousness of the room.
I liked having real cutlery, dishes, coffee cups, and glasses.
I liked that the Sonesta is located in a relatively quiet street.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that Sonesta advertises free airport shuttle service online, but in actuality doesn't provide it.
Nor did I like the reason that their online ads haven't been updated to remove the erroneous information about an airport shuttle.
Similarly, the check-out time posted on the room door says 12:00 p.m., when in actuality Sonesta wants you to vacate your room by 11:00 a.m.
There isn't a comfortable waiting area in the lobby.
The registration desk is a very non-descript counter, like checking in at a dental clinic.
