Not much
They had signs asking you to clean up after yourself but yet the trash can are all overflowing. When you walk in in the evening around dinner time the whole place smells as if there was a seafood boil going on.
I like the location.
It smelled like cigarettes so bad. My towels even did. No coffee, very scattered staff, I left 50$ worth of food packed in a duffel bag in the fridge on accident. When I came back to get it and recheck in the cleaning lady was eating my grapes in my room and told me the food was gone. My new room was dirty and I don't like first floor but two weeks in a row I couldn't get a room on any other floor, no plates. Cups, half a roll of t.p. upon check in. I've been coming here quite often for years and the staff seems to be going down hill, very spun out, grumpy, tired.

Great value, especially for the location. A lot of dining and entertainment options close by. The room was clean enough, yet very basic.
It's an extended stay category of hotel and all that goes with that. Everything is very basic - limited housekeeping, no ice machines, no utensils or cookware in the kitchenettes, etc. As long as you're aware of that going in, it's a great place to stay.

The room was not cleaned, The bed was not made, dirty towel in bathroom, keys still left in room, elevators did not work, no breakfast. Some detector had bag on it.
