Pros:

Staff nice and appreciated pet friendly hotel. Bed comfortable but the rest of the room was old and warn and gave me the creeps. I would not shower here. 188 felt like a lot. Close to everything.

The bathroom was old and creepy, warn out for the price.

The staff was awesome! The rooms were clean but there were a few roaches in the room.

More Motel than Hotel
Pros:

Fairly safe location within Richmond Metro. Close proximity to various fast food restaurants.

Cons:

It is a residential hotel with families living there with a school bus stop there which increases overall exterior noise

In and out because of how awful it was

Nothing it was filthy

Cons:

It was filthy. There was a distinct smell of cigarettes despite being advertised as non smoking, the smoke detector was gone and it looked like there might of been a mouse nest forming in the ceiling, stains on all the countertops, filthy ac unit, and there was dust and debris everywhere

I didn't like anything. I didn't stay. The room was dirty, the outside had a lot of garbage, and the environment didn't look safe. A lot of people were gathered outside the rooms. I wish I could've gotten my money back because I didn't stay. I left when I saw the conditions.

I didn't like anything about the room, but the customer service was good. However, I didn't stay and had to book another room somewhere else.
