Pros:

prima locatie, verwacht niets luxueus. het is top als je wat langer in een zelfvoorzienende plek wilt verblijven. Mooie grote koelkast, prima airco. Als je wilt koken, moet je wel specifiek het kookgerei vragen bij de balie

Cons:

lawaai van de weg, ik adviseer een kamer aan de achterkant van het gebouw te vragen, dan heb je nergens last van.

Do not recommend, horrible staff and false advertising
Pros:

Location was good near light rail

Cons:

cheaper than alternatives but at a cosr
- Assistant GM threatened to cancel my reservation after paying because I was trying to explain that I spoke to someone (who happened to be a nice GM, staff member at reception working on 16th june afternoon was similarly not nice (putting it very kindly) to be fair GM did offer an apology but better to ensure better staff hiring and training.
- False advertising when ‘full kitchen’ has no cookware, if all our from reception. so unless u buy from neighbouring target can’t use at all, that was meant to be a selling point for me. Total letdown.
- free wifi is basically dial up, so basically need to pay, not much (a few dollars) but would be better to just increase room rate by that amount and have faster internet

Where do u start:
1. Reception Staff was really rude at check in, including the assistant GM threatened to cancel my reservation after paying because I was trying to explain that I already spoken to reception (I had actually spoken to the GM) to organise late check for other room booked
2. Kitchenware not supplied, it is false advertising to say there is a kitchen in the room but if you don’t have kitchenware available, not impressed that I had to spend $100 on stuff (left it there at checkout
3. “Free” wifi is basically dial up, normal internet is what u had to pay for.

Pros:

Absolutely nothing my husband forgot his ID nowhere. Does it specifically say that everybody over 18 has to have an idea the room was in my name. The credit card was in my name. The reservation was in my name and ID THE FRONT DESK LADY WAS RUDE AND WOULD NOT LET US CHECK IN AND WOULD LET

Pros:

Nothing at all. All bad, maybe the staff will save it, but I can't say anything nice about this horrible place. Worst stay ever

Cons:

Breakfast is a joke, they will keep a copy of our IDs, no bottles of water available. It is the first time I visit a hotel where you don't get shampoo or conditioner. We had to ask for soap. Absolutely horrible.

Good location, facilities and cleanliness could have been better
Pros:

Good location, free parking, decent WiFi

Cons:

Room could have been a little more cleaner. The floor under the chairs were dirty , bugs (ants) were in bed. "Breakfast" did not have any fruits
