I was very pleased with the bathroom. Everything was really tidy and clean.
The room also very clean.
The TV remote control wasn’t working. I asked for help, but I was told that everyone was very busy, so I didn’t receive any assistance. There was only one pillow in the room.

Breakfast was excellent. Room was comfortable, down side was the street noise, we live in a quiet area so the music from the bars and cars was disturbing. Fridge in room was handy.
Felt the tea coffee selection was a bit skimped on, two of us and only two normal tea bags and milk cartons, if you wanted more you would have to contact reception.

The room was a bit chilly and the heating didn't work. We did get a small heater to put on but that didn't keep the heat going. thro ugh the night. Duvet was quite thin and there were no extra blankets. It didn't stop us sleeping but heating should be available. I though I had booked breakfast as inclusive so thought the price was good but felt that it wasn't so good when I discovered breakfast wasn't included especially with no heating
The friendly staff at reception were very helpful. Especially the lady with dark hair who was on duty afternoon of 6 September.
Half a roll of toilet paper in the room was not good, had to go down to reception to ask for more.
Waited over 30 minutes for the bar staff to return to order food
Again the lady on reception helped my putting my order through to the kitchen.
The TV should be on the wall in front of you, not on a side wall in the room, ridiculous and inconvenient placement.

Balmoral Suite was nice and spacious, brilliant location and friendly staff
A bit run down, lacking some key basic maintenance, half the plug sockets need replaced, falling out of the wall. Bath needs enameling too.
