Una città da vedere ... cultura, storia e tante cose da visitare.
Pros:

Struttura centrale, molto comoda per gli spostamenti e vicina alle maggiori attrazioni di Vienna, Particolarmente apprezzata in questi giorni di canicola sia perché centrale che perché l'aria condizionata era davvero super. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Camera grande e comoda. Servizio bagagli impeccabile (sia prima che la camera fosse pronta che dopo il check-out).

Cons:

Colazione davvero molto cara (non l'abbiamo sfruttata) e se proprio vogliamo trovare dei difetti mancanza del fon in bagno.

Ξενοδοχείο με μεγαλοπρέπεια από το παρελθόν, στον παλμό των γεγονότων.
Pros:

Το ευγενικό προσωπικό, το ψηλοτάβανα δωμάτιο (room No 111) , η γενικότερη μεγαλοπρέπεια του ξενοδοχείου , η τοποθεσία του και το μη υποχρεωτικό πρωινό .

Ein 1-wöchiger Aufenthalt im AMBASSADOR (Ostern 2023) hatte uns in jeder Hinsicht so gut gefallen, dass wir dort im Mai 2026 wiederum für 1 Woche gebucht hatten. Auch diesmal wurden alle Erwartungen voll erfüllt!!

I will for sure not recomend this hotel and take all steps to tell to everyone how bad management is

Cons:

By mistake I booked twice the same room and immediately I call the reception and I sent a message to cancel one of them. The Management did not approve it although it was clearly a mistake. This is unfair and bad judgement from the management

We were in a room at the 5th floor that we could only access through a set of stairs from the 4th floor. Not convenient and quite difficult for hauling our luggages.

Beliggenhenden er helt i top. Hotellet er meget elegant. Jeg har boet der før for mange år siden. Imellemtiden er det blevet renoveret, men den gamle stil er bevaret, så man virkelig føler, at det er et fornemt gammelt wienerhotel. Mit værelse var meget stort og lyst og godt møbleret. Airconditioneringen fungerede pefekt, hvad der var vigtigt, da temperaturen udenfor lå omkring 36-40 grader udenfor, mens jeg var der.

Cons:

Væreset var ikke lydtæt. Jeg kunne meget tydeligt høre alt, hvad der foregik i naboværelset lige fra rengøring til hvad gæsterne derinde talte om !

Ein schönes historisches Haus, sehr zentral, sehr gute Klimaanlage, was bei +40 draussen lebensnotwendig war, schöne geräumige Zimmer, bequeme Betten. Bei Lärm im Nachbarzimmer um 2 Uhr morgens war das Personal sehr freundlich und hat sofort geholfen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war bei Einzug überhitzt (hätte bei +40 draussen nicht passieren dürfen), das Personal war nach Schilderung des Problems nicht besonders freundlich, in 2 Stunden war das Problem durch die Klimaanlage gelöst. Das Bad im Standardzimmer ist sehr klein, ohne Vorrichtungen, um Handtücher aufzuhängen (Hacken an der Tür bieten sich an). Die Reinigung war nicht besonders sorgfältig, das schöne Parkett war ziemlich schmutzig.

Amazing hotel in an amazing location
Pros:

Very nice hotel in Vianna’s center. Right in the middle of the shopping area, short walk to the subway. Super sized rooms and luxurious environment. It was a very good value for the money we paid.

Cons:

It would be a bit challenging to park nearby but you can reach it by car
