Det var om muligt endnu mere perfekt end for to år siden i november – indeklimaet var også perfekt.
Pros:

Morgenmaden var igen (vi var der for to år siden sidst) sammen med hotellets beliggenhed og værelsets og rengøringens kvalitet de plusser, som vi satte størst pris på, samt personalets venlighed og hjælpsomhed. Vi vil helt gerne bo der igen, næste gang vi skal til Wien.

Best location!
Pros:

Best location in a beautiful piazza. A few great cafe & restaurants just right around the hotel. Close to all attraction by foot. Big supermarket very nearby.

מלון מדהים ביופיו , מיקום מעולה אך שירות בינוני

המיקום היה מעולה , החדרים היו מרוהטים ומרווחים לעילה ולעילה

לא היה קומקום בחדר והיה צריך לבקש מהקבלה .
הפקידים קצת היו פחות נגישים ונוחים לדבר איתם .
היינו בקומה 1 והחדר היה על המסעדה וזה היה קצת מוזר

تجربتي مع هذا الفندق كانت سيئة جدًا جدًا، وللأسف لا أنصح أي شخص بالحجز فيه.
كنا حاجزين إقامة لمدة 21 يومًا، وخلال إقامتنا واجهنا مستوى نظافة سيئ جدًا. وجدنا بيوت عنكبوت وحشرات ونمل في أماكن مختلفة، حتى داخل الحمام والأدراج، بالإضافة إلى أن الجدران كانت متسخة وعليها آثار وأوساخ من قبل.
المشكلة لم تكن في النظافة فقط، بل أيضًا في أسلوب تعامل بعض الموظفين معنا. كان التعامل غير مريح وعصبي، وشعرنا طوال فترة الإقامة أنهم يبحثون عن أي خطأ لتحميلنا المسؤولية.
الأمر وصل إلى أنهم اتهمونا بالتسبب في أضرار موجودة على الجدار، وحاولوا تحميلنا غرامة تقارب 20,000 درهم! ولحسن الحظ حضرت الشرطة، وبعد معاينة الموضوع أكدوا أن الأضرار لم تكن بسببنا، وبالتالي لم يتم تحميلنا هذه الغرامة.
كذلك تمت محاسبتنا على أغراض من الميني بار، وبعد أن راجعنا الحساب معهم وتأكدوا منه، اتضح أن هناك خطأ في احتساب هذه المبالغ علينا.
والأسوأ أنه بعد موضوع الغرامة وفي آخر يومين من إقامتنا، تم إخراجنا من الفندق، ولم تتم إعادة قيمة آخر ليلتين لنا.
بعد إقامة طويلة لمدة 21 يومًا، كنا نتوقع على الأقل معاملة محترمة ونظافة وخدمة تليق بفندق، لكن تجربتنا كانت العكس تمامًا.
أكتب هذا التعليق حتى يعرف أي شخص يفكر في الحجز تجربتنا قبل أن يدفع أمواله. بالنسبة لي كانت من أسوأ التجارب الفندقية التي مررت بها، ولن أعود لهذا الفندق مرة أخرى، ولا أنصح بالحجز فيه.

Прекрасне розташування; гарні номери. Достатньо шаф і шухляд. Надзвичайно смачна кава і приємний персонал.

Cons:

Єдиним запитом у нас було двоспальне ліжко, отримали два класних зручних, але не обʼєднаних між собою навіть спільним наматрацником ліжка- неприємно, коли цілий романтичний уїк-енд ти думаєш про те, аби партнер не впав у дірку між ліжками 🙈, або піднімаєш його з тієї дірки😰
