Eine gute Adresse für einige Tage in Wien
Pros:

Eine Top-Lage in der Innenstadt
Gutes Frühstück mit herrlichem Ausblick

Cons:

Die Preise für Frühstück und Getränke in der Bar sind ambitioniert, aber in der gesamten Umgebung genauso überhöht!
Das Mobiliar und die Paketböden sollten schnellstmöglich renoviert werden. Fünf Sterne hat das Hotel für uns nicht verdient.
Da aber die Lage und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passen, kommen wir immer wieder gerne ins Ambassador!

Zeer centrale ligging, grote kamer met goede airconditioning.

Cons:

Отсутствие туалетных принадлежностей. Нет кофемашины, чайника, заварки. Попросив чайник, принесли без заварки. При этом залезли в сумку и вытащили деньги.

ניתן לנו בתחילה חדר שהמעלית לא מגיעה לקומה וצריך לעלות מדרגות וללכת במסדרונות כדי להגיע לחדר שנראה כמן חדר בעליית הגג ודלת החדר עם בעיה במנעול את החדר הזה קיבלנו כי הגענו בשבע בערב.
לאחר סירוב העבירו אותנו לחדר ישן עם דלת מקשרת, רצפה עם כתמים, המזרונים לא נוחים לשינה, לקום עם כאבי גב.
אין בקבוקי מים לפחות ביום הראשון, למרות הטמפרטורות הגבוהות. אין פינת שתיה חמה, אם רוצים מקבלים קומקום חשמלי.
במקלחת ללא מברשות ומשחת שיניים
חדרים רחוקים מאוד מהמעלית
אם מאבדים מפתח לחדר משלמים המון כסף ..
לא חדרים הראויים למלון 4 כוכבים
אכזבה גדולה!!
גם כשנאמר לנו לפנות בבוקר למנהל, היה צריך להתכתב איתו ולא הסכים להחליף חדר בטענה שהוחלף, נוגד את דברי פקיד הקבלה
