A localização é fantástica, a vista é bem agradável, a cama é super confortável e a sala de estar/escritório separado na suíte 1721 é muito conveniente!
O café da manhã é super farto!
Tinha um pano sujo da limpeza em cima da bancada do banheiro e a banheira tava com encardido de gordura do corpo de outros hóspedes. Comuniquei a recepção, enviaram uma colaboradora super gentil que tirou o pano e disse que aquela gordura não tinha como ser removida (limpou na minha frente para mostrar) e comunicou que eles tem algumas limitações quanto ao uso de produtos químicos.
As 2 TV’s do quarto também não funcionaram mas enviaram um colaborador da manutenção que resolveu.
Tinham alguns sons de batidas/estalos fortes e de água caindo pelo cano que entrava pela madrugada e atrapalhou a primeira noite de sono mas nas noites seguintes acostumamos. Mas acho que isso tinha que ser analisado. Estávamos na suíte 1721.
Hotel maravilhoso, camas grandes, lençóis macios, vista linda da janela, tinha uma banheirinha no chuveiro, água quente e chuveiro com bastante água, café da manhã completo, funcionários atenciosos, instalações muito lindas. Achei o hotel maravilhoso.
Não tive nenhuma experiência negativa.

Por ser um hotel 5 estrelas, cobram até por talheres e pratos, detalhe que o prato é de plástico. Costuma ter festas barulhentas durante toda a madrugada e os seguranças acabam tendo que preocupar com o evento e não com a segurança do hotel. Não existe atendimento na piscina e está longe de ser um 5 estrelas.
Cama confortável. Ótimo chuveiro. Serviço de quarto eficaz.
