Good option in downtown Montreal
Pros:

Room was very spacious and bed was comfortable with many fluffy pillows provided. There was also ample space for hanging up our clothes, and tabletop space.

Hotel is directly connected to the mall, so it's easy to get food and groceries. Also very easy to walk to nearby spots like Chinatown, old Montreal, and the many shopping options along Saint Catherine Street.

Cons:

We had some hiccups while making payment at check-in, and the front desk staff was quite impatient and even came across a little condescending even though there were no other guests waiting in line, so that left us a bad first impression.

In-room iron was also dirty (there was some brown liquids that leaked out while we were preparing to use it).

Overall, not many other in-room amenities (e.g. no bedroom slippers, teaspoons, glass cups), but not a deal breaker.

Pros:

Chambre spacieuse pour quatre. Emplacement central, tout est faisable à pied. Piscine intérieure pas trop fréquentée. Très bonne literie. Centre commercial au pied de l'hôtel et plusieurs restaurants dans le coin.

Cons:

Emplacement intéressant si des activités/festivals dans le quartier. Sinon un peu bof bof en termes de fréquentation le soir. Petit déjeuner trop cher...

We were near everything we need and the bed were comfy

Cons:

The door to the bathroom was malfunctioning and the hotel was difficult to find at first, there was also only 1 elevator out or 4 working ? And finding water was difficult of course tap water does the trick but maybe a water dispenser in the halley would be a good idea

Friendly staff but wouldn’t recommend
Pros:

The bed was comfortable, it was central and being in the mall had close access to IGA and a food court for many food options.

Cons:

The room needed upgrading, paint peeling and chilling from ceiling and door. Stains on the desk area, lots of hair on the tiles from the main door, in the bathroom and loads in the shower and probably on the carpet too I just couldn’t see them. The staff did have the cleaners come and redo my room and the lady was very nice and hoovered and mopped but unfortunately there was still hair left. It was in the edges of the shower and long hairs trapped in the clean towels etc. Questionable stains on the couch too. Gave me the ick and I felt the room was unclean for my whole stay.

Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Amazing facilities ( pool and gym) and excellent location . Instant service on request.
