No signage in that mall, you need a sign inside the mall visible from all directions indicating the lifts and corridor/passage to the hotel from the atrium

2, poor signage to lifts going from atrium to hotel lobby check in garage , hotel lobby to room a mess it’s crazy got lost several times

Cons:

The elevators need to be examined. There were long waits, up to 30 minutes at times, to get onto the elevators. It seemed as though only 2-3 were ever running despite there being 5.

Best location. Dust and allergens super high. Common areas were very hot and humid unpleasantly so.

Breakfast buffet was terrible. Frozen prepackaged warmed up foods. Poor quality and selection. I don’t expect a lot from hotel breakfast buffets, but this one was notably deficient in quality.

Prix honteux car on profite des festivals mais l'hotel ne caut pas ça
Pros:

D'abord le prix a grimpé à cause du festival de jazz et vraiment, c'est disproportioner. Rapport qualitŕ prix avec les tapis suranné, les dessus de bureau egratigné, l'hotel autait besoin d'un peu d'amour. On avait demandé une chambre lit king, on nous a donné avec 2 lits meme pas queen. Trop serré pour dor.ir à deux. L'emplacement est bien sur idéal.

Cons:

Notre lavabo etait bouché et ils sont venus le reparer tout de suite. L'emplacement est bien sur idéal.

Ma chambre n avait aucun verre à notre arrivée, ni en chambre ni dans la sdb ensuite nous avons été obligés de demander le ménage le soir la chambre n ayant pas été faite le 3èmejour. Puis nous avons encore ensuite été obligés de demander du café. Je pense que le personnel est en nombre insuffisant ainsi que les ascenseurs en service pour le nombre de personnes logées .Chambre minimaliste pour un Hilton mais peut-être est ce un Hilton low coast ?
