Beautiful Location
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! The location is absolutely beautiful and made for a relaxing getaway. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made our experience even better.

The food was a highlight of our trip. Breakfast was amazing with a great variety of fresh, delicious options, and dinner was equally excellent. Every meal exceeded our expectations.

The only thing worth mentioning is that the rooms do not have air conditioning. It wasn’t a dealbreaker for us, but it’s something future guests may want to know, especially during the warmer months.

Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful location, outstanding food, and exceptional hospitality.

Sehr schönes Schloss, so wie man es sich erträumt.
Pros:

Für das Geld bekommt man viel Ambiente, eine schöne Umgebung, einen Pool und dent irgendwie darüber nach sich ein Schloss in Frankreich zu kaufen….

Cons:

Leider war für den Abend das Abendessen abgesagt. Auch für den Tag an dem wir abgereist sind. Hoffentlich gibts das mal wieder.

Beautiful castle but poor hospitality

Cons:

Nous avons diné sur place. Impossible de manger l'entrée tellement c'etait mauvais. Le plat principal n'étais pas bon non plus. Les pommes de terres à peine cuites. Quel dommage.
On nous a annoncé à notre arrivée que nous étions surclassé. La Chambre était vieillotte, des traces de moustiques écrasés sur les murs, la Chambre était située au dessus de l'entrée du château là où les bus et camions se garent le matin tôt.

L accès au conservatoire, à l exposition permanente dans le bois ou en sous sol
La disponibilité du personnel d accueil

Cons:

Le chambre en dépendances plutôt de qualité vieillissante, traces d infiltration d eaux, propreté des tapis, tentures et meubles en tissus, linge de toilette usé
Manque cruel de refroidissement , aussi bien clim ou refroidisseur, que frigo ou boissons fraîches
Attention la poutre au niveau de la fenêtre, la bosse sur le front s installe facilement ...
Le petit déjeuner dit continental mais pas à volonté et charcuteries, oeufs, fromages... en options payantes (sic)
Et cela quand le personnel de service est au service... et comprend ce qu on lui demande.

Everything. We had wonderful rooms, the castle has an old-wordly charme. The staff were extremely kind and helpful and the grounds are amazing. The pool is big and surrounded by trees and fields. We loved every second and will return.

Trevligt Chauteau en bit från Tours. Fantastisk byggnad med en otrolig trädgård och omgivning.
Tennisbana och pool en bit från hotellet.
Fanns frukost och middag

Cons:

Ingen luftkonditionering, varmt!
Tre rätters meny, förutbestämd. Inget som barnen direkt kunde äta och det gick inte att få något annat. Fisken till huvudrätt var tyvärr helt överkörd.
Frukosten var ok, ingen buffé, du var tvungen att förbeställa vad du skulle ha dagen innan.

Les équipements notamment la douche qui ne fonctionnait que partiellement et pas de climatisation impossible de refroidir le chambre il faut laisser le ventilateur allumé toute la nuit
