Gutes Hotel im Herzen von Hamburg
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer war sauber und die Auswahl beim Frühstück war sehr gut. Leider war das Doppelbett sehr hart. Das muss man mögen. Die Tiefgarage vom Hotel ist sehr eng und für größere Autos eher nicht zu empfehlen. Die Lage ist für Ausflüge perfekt. Vom Hotel aus kann man die Landungsbrücken zu Fuß in 15 Minuten bequem erreichen. Auch die Reeperbahn ist nicht weit vom Hotel entfernt.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist mega zentral. Das Frühstück sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Betten überaus bequem. Alles war sehr sauber. Beim nächsten Hamburg Besuch werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder gerne dort buchen!

Wir hatten nichts zu beanstanden.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt super Zentral und ist daher perfekt für einen Städtetrip. Frühstück war sehr lecker und reichhaltig.
Das Personal war aufmerksam und freundlich.

Cons:

Da das Hotel so einen zentralen Standort hat, muss damit gerechnet werden, dass es am Wochenende bis morgens um 6 Uhr laut sein kann. Wir konnten mit unserem Kleinkind (2 Jahre) trotzdem gut schlafen.
Leider hatten Sie nur einen Kinderstuhl zum frühstücken was blöd war, da es noch andere Familien vor Ort hatte.

Limana yakınlığıni sevdik.

Cons:

Bulunduğu bölge tekinsiz.
Ilk başta zemin kattan bir oda verildi ama oda kirliydi. Biz de zaten arka tarafa bakan oda istiyorduk. Ilk basta bize oda yok dedi ama verdiği oda temiz olmayinca daha iyi bir odaya yerlesebildik. Otele giris yaptigimiz ilk gunku resepsiyon gorevlisiyle boyle tatsiz bir sorun yasandi.
Kahvaltisi da orta seviyedeydi.

Ein schönes Hotel direkt zwischen Kiez und Fischmarkt
Pros:

Das Zimmer war super, das Frühstück lecker und reichhaltig. Am Morgen und am Abend war das Personal sehr freundlich, sogar lustig. 😊

Cons:

Der gute Mann, der am Nachmittag seinen Dienst verrichtete könnte ein bisschen mehr Freundlichkeit lernen. Der Gast zahlt schließlich die Arbeit.
