A 200 Mètres du tramway menant au centre ville et à la gare .

Bon accueil à la réception.

Hôtel propre et chambre relativement grande.
SDB bien avec douche .

Ein in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Sehr abgewohnt.
Pros:

Die Nähe zum Flughafen. Zwei Stationen mit der Straßenbahn t2.

Cons:

Die Kontaktaufnahme war sehr schwierig. Mehrere Mitteilungen schriftlich über die Booking App (ergebnislos), erst ein Anruf konnte den verspäteten CheckIn klären.
Das Zimmer war sehr abgenutzt (Wand abgebröckelt- Wasserschaden?, die Silikonfugen in der Dusche schwarz und fleckig, der Frühstückraum sehr klein und wenn man um 8 kommt sind einige Produkte nicht mehr vorhanden (Speck zB).

Bon rapport qualité prix proche de Florence
Pros:

A l’écart du centre-ville touristique de Florence, cet hôtel de la chaine B&B est facile d’accès. Il possède un parking privé fermé. Le tramway est à quelques minutes à pied et il nous conduit directement dans le centre de Florence. L’accueil est très sympathique. Les chambres sont sans charme et mériteraient un rajeunissement. Cela dit c’est propre et silencieux. Le petit déjeuner est simple est correspond au standard B&B. Je recommande cet hôtel pour le prix raisonnable pour Florence avec un accès en tramway facile.

Cons:

La salle du petit déjeuner est très petite et elle est très vite occupée.

Buona sistemazione vicino all'Università e al Palazzo di Giustizia.
Pros:

Buona posizione e facile da raggiungere con la tramvia. Accogliente, pulito. Ottimo per una permanenza di uno-due giorni.

Cons:

La stanza era di dimensioni limitate. Il bagno, molto piccolo, non aveva il bidet ed aveva il doccino che perdeva.

colazione buona. C'è stato un momento di particolare affollamento ed è stato più complicato servirsi , anche per via delle file per prendere il cibo

Cons:

Assolutamente non essenziale ma visto che mi viene chiesto lo dico. La spina di corrente dietro al letto può essere meno comoda, specie se si carica cellulare o computer durante la notte. Per quanto riguarda la doccia, la parete di vetro solo per una parte non riesce a fermare il getto dell'acqua che esce facilmente fuori del piatto doccia, bagnando il pavimento del bagno. Credo che sia inevitabile ma lo segnalo.
