I will visit again
Pros:

Our first hotel in Rome was an amazing experience. The service was excellent, luxurious, and truly unique. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. The food was also fantastic, and everything was handled perfectly from beginning to end. A beautiful hotel with exceptional service — we really enjoyed every moment of our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Cons:

I only wish we had more time to stay longer. The experience was so exceptional that I wish we could find the same level of service everywhere we travel—or simply have this hotel in every city we visit!

Alles prima - außer Frühstück!
Pros:

Wunderbarer Ausgangspunkt um Rom zu erkunden - idyllische und ruhige Lage am Park, nur wenige Autominuten zum Shopping oder Sehenswürdigkeiten. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Personal distanziert aber freundlich - Ein sehr schöner Pool!

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist in jeder Hinsicht verbesserungsbedürftig. "Warm" gestellte Speisen sind eiskalt und völlig ungenießbar. Die Station für frische Eispeisen muss extra bezahlt werden. Der Designer für ein solches "Frühstückserlebnis" sollte besser nicht im Hotelgewerbe arbeiten.

breakfast outstanding....beds extremely comfortable...location is ideal....

Cons:

spa was a bit dirty and people wore their street shoes into the sauna and steam room which is really gross and there was water pooled all over the place on the floors...and some of the water jets were malfunctioning.....a bit disappointing...
