太棒了,適合愛吃美食和夜貓子
Pros:

地點真的太好了, 有帶30吋大行李也不怕,4號出口有電梯,企鵝店和一蘭拉麵和超市都是24小時,適合去玩景點玩到所有的店都關門, 回到飯店還可以購物和隨時都有一蘭可以吃真的好幸福 (深夜會加費會從1080羊1碗變成1190羊),樓下還有3家便利店,超愛這家的地理位置一級棒,下次來福岡還要住這家。購物吃飯一點都不累~給5星好評

飯店離捷運站很近，離天神百貨走路10分鐘左右就可以到，離博多運河百貨走路也差不多10分鐘可以到。

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling to Hakata.
Pros:

The location was convenient very near a subway station. The area was a lively and lovely place. The hotel room was well-organized and had everything we needed.

Cons:

The drainage of the bathroom sink was slow.

Uncomfortable and not homey.

Staff - not friendly and helpful enough to foreigners but super friendly and polite when it comes to Japanese guests
Property - not clean and has a bad smell (like dog smell) in hallways in the room (staying at 5/f).
Room amenities such as coffee, toothpaste, etc. seem to be unaccessible compared to other excel tokyu properties in tokyo.
