Hotel bonito, muy mala atención

El hotel es muy bonito jardines, decoración y alberca muy bien

La atención es pésima por parte de todo el personal, no atienden y no resuelven.

MAL SERVICIO DEL PERSONAL

El bufet del desayuno, buen precio y buena comida.

No hay servicio a cuartos durante la noche, ni siquiera de un analgésico, para el estomago, ni siquiera una coca cola ¡baya¡
El personal no es atento ni trata de resolver las necesidades.
La alberca estaba sucia
El personal de la alberca muy desatento en el servicio, parecía que le molestaba que le pidieran bebidas y tardaban años en llevarlas, muy mala cara además del mesero, se le tenía que gritar para que volteara y ni siquiera la atención de hacer un gesto de que había escuchado, por cierto era el mismo mesero del restaurante y con la misma cara de malhumorado y sin atender lo que se le pedía.
Lo siento por el hotel porque muy bien pudo vendernos algunas bebidas en la alberca.
EN GENERAL ME DESAGRADO MUCHO LA ACTITUD DEL PERSONAL
De lo anterior debo dejar de lado a la recepcionista de muy buena actitud.
El ruido de la carretera fue algo importante.

Sus jardines, la alberca y la ubicación

La cama no era muy cómoda, el agua de la regadera se salía hacia el baño, falta un poco de limpieza en la habitación

Pros:

Terrible staff and front desk Maria, manager did not even address any of our concerns. Poor amenities, lacks basic frisge, microwave, coffee pot, iron and weak toilets , Non working AC. Terrible amenities.

Cons:

Room 306 AC is not working
Also room 306 had a weak toilet that would not flush. We asked for maintenance
and they did a poor job. As a result, we had to use my son's room in 305 for
toilets. This is ridiculous as they were not willing to switch rooms that had
better amenities. The TV wouldn't work either.
Both room 305 n 306 needs to be upgraded to make sure the AC works, the safe
deposit works, the toilets work and TV remote. Also, they put us bear the
highway that with constant traffic we barely got any sleep.
Maria the front desk lady, should be fired. They wouldn't gives us 2 room key
cards, not extra toilet paper. When asked to speak to the manager Pablo, no
response from him. I doubt it even if our concerns were passed to him as he
never got back to us the 2 days, we were there.
This hotel should have fridge, microwave, coffee pot, iron board, basic
amenities are clearly lacking.
Pls DO NOT stay here , it is waste of money and they don't care.

Estuvo bien
Pros:

En el desayuno hace falta,mas opciones para niños ya que solo había huevo y frijoles y también vimos a otros niños que también les decían a sus papas que si no había algo mas!
