Hotel très bien situé avec le tramway juste à côté. L'établissement est très propre avec un personnel agréable et souriant. Le petit déjeuner est incroyable.
Au niveau de la piscine, sol très glissant ainsi que l'échelle pour descendre dans la piscine.

Расположение замечательное. Завтраки отличные. Конечно панорамный вид с шестого этажа несколько переоценен, но это гораздо лучше, чем ничего. Очень кстати оказался бассейн, где можно было слегка отмокнуть после экскурсий. Персонал всегда шел навстречу всем пожеланиям. Мы приехали раньше - нас заселили. Мы при выселении оставили багаж в лобби и пошли гулять по городу, несколько раз добавляли сувениры нему и тут не было никаких вопросов. Это нормально, но ведь бывает по-разному.
Ужин в отеле вкусный, но дороговато. Вино и коктейли стоят прилично, но тут возможно вопрос не к отелю. В магазинах это тоже недешево.

Blízko památek, doprava kousek od hotelu, čistý a klidný hotel, vynikající snídaně, bazén v suterénu. Byla jsem již po 3 v tomto hotelu a vybrala bych ho i při další návštěvě Istanbulu.

La ubicación es perfecta para poder visitar todo el centro histórico sin necesidad de transporte. Está muy bien ubicado respecto a las principales atraciones de Estambul: la Cisterna de la Basílica, el Palacio Topkapi, las Mezquitas, el Puente Gálata, etc.
El desayuno fantástico, un buen bufet libre muy variado y desde el restaurante buenas vistas a la Santa Sofía o al Bósforo.
Disfrutar de un baño en la piscina, aunque pequeña, suficiente para relajarse después de las visitas turísticas.
En la habitación hay todo tipo de productos de baño, incluso mascarilla para el cabello.
El personal en recepción muy amable y siempre dispuesto a darte un consejo especialmente Elif y Mehmet.
Te guardan el equipaje en consigna si necesitas dejar la habitación antes de que salga tu vuelo de regreso y esperar tranquilamente al taxi en el Lobby.
El tráfico de coches es muy denso en esa zona tan céntrica y cuesta llegar con taxi desde el aeropuerto. Hay que calcular bien lahora de vuelta.

Spotlessly clean hotel serving a plentiful and varied breakfast. The staff members were polite, professional, and attentive. The location in Sultanahmet (old town) is perfect for a city break as all the main attractions are within easy walking distance. I would unconditionally recommend the Yasmak Sultan.
The room was a little small but adequate.

Wir hatten ein winziges Zimmer, beim Frühstück waren einige Speisen und Getränke aufpreispflichtig wie Cappucchino, Eierspeisen etc. Für ein 4Sterne Hotel sehr merkwürdig. Die Matratzen waren sehr weich. Das Badezimmer war extrem Klein.

The Yasmak Sultan was perfect for our stay in Istanbul and we were very pleased with it. The location was outstanding — ideal for sightseeing and incredibly convenient for getting around the city. Our standard double room was compact but very comfortable, well‑designed, and spotlessly clean, with everything we needed for a great stay. For the price, the hotel offered good overall value, especially considering the facilities and the quality of the experience.
We enjoyed our breakfasts and the dinners we ate at the hotel, and the views from the 6th‑floor restaurant were superb. Sleep quality was generally good, although the early morning call to prayer at 4:40 took a little getting used to. The staff were excellent. They were all consistently friendly, pleasant, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. If we return to Istanbul, there is no doubt where we will book.
