Hotel Yasmak Sultan

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Les équipements sont toujours au top : la piscine et le bain balnéo sont vraiment très agréables, notamment après une journée à parcourir Istanbul.

Le petit-déjeuner est un vrai point fort : très complet et varié, avec énormément de choix, aussi bien salé que sucré. Il y en a vraiment pour tous les goûts !

L’emplacement est également excellent, à proximité de nombreux restaurants et des principaux sites touristiques de Sultanahmet. Les transports sont facilement accessibles pour rejoindre d’autres quartiers d’Istanbul, que ce soit en métro ou en bateau.

Le personnel de la réception est très serviable et disponible. La chambre était toujours impeccable et parfaitement entretenue : un grand merci également au personnel de ménage pour son sérieux et la qualité du travail.

Autre gros plus : le rooftop avec sa superbe vue panoramique. C’est un vrai plaisir d’y monter pour admirer Istanbul, notamment Sainte-Sophie et le Bosphore.

L’hôtel convient aussi bien à un séjour en famille qu’à une escapade romantique à deux.

Petit conseil pratique : pensez à prévoir un peignoir ou une sortie de bain ainsi qu’un maillot si vous souhaitez profiter de la piscine et de l’espace balnéo.

Une très belle adresse à Istanbul. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour et n’avons vraiment rien à redire. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Excellent hotel with excellent rooms. The staff was exceptionally kind, friendly, and always attentive, making sure we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. A special mention goes to the breakfast, which was absolutely delicious. We also had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, and the quality and standard of the food were outstanding. Everything we tried was excellent. Highly recommended!

I spent five days at this hotel, and it was a wonderful experience. Every member of the staff was warm, welcoming, and friendly throughout our stay. The reception team was exceptionally professional, helpful, and attentive. The rooms were spotless, and the entire hotel was impeccably maintained. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options.

I would especially like to thank Ms. Elif from the Guest Relations team, who took great care of us from the moment we arrived until the day we left. Her kindness, professionalism, and dedication made our stay even more enjoyable. My sincere thanks to her and to the entire team for making our visit so memorable.

It was our first visit to Turkey as we were attending a Scottish / Turkish wedding.

The hotel is ideally located a short distance from the blue mosque, Hagia Sophia and the basilica Cistern.

There’s also plenty of restaurants and shops a short walk from the hotel.

The room was perfect for us with everything we needed.

Breakfast at the hotel was great, with an excellent choice of food.

The staff at the hotel were brilliant. They made us feel very welcome and they were really helpful with some of the questions we had.

The service was amazing, also very pleasant and convenient location. It is a cosy hotel in the old town with great views which was also quiet and relaxed, despite being in the center of the town. Incredibly friendly staff who are very accommodating to guests, especially Orhan who helped us with everything, recommend us a great restaurant, booked a table for us and also called a taxi to the restaurant in question. Impeccable service which feels very personal, for example brought our suitcases into our rooms. He also recommended us a room which served our needs perfectly, from a selection of other optional suites.
Regarding the suite, the water pressure in the shower was perfectly right and we also appreciated greatly the snowy white sheets, towels, bathing robes and slippers that were provided by the hotel.
It was a pleasure to stay in this hotel and it is a pittance that we stayed only for one night!
