Handy for the concert we went to
Room was clean
Check in was delayed slightly and a bit of a back up
Close to tube station and walking distance to Hyde Park. Room was clean but small.
Window was high up and looked at a wall, but we literally just slept there so it wasn’t an issue.
Worked perfectly for what we wanted. One night near Hyde Park.
Nothing
The room I booked online and what they gave me was not the same. Completely misleading. I booked four nights and left after the first to go stay somewhere else. I was never offered any compensation. I was told I would get an email from the GM, that never happened either.

במהלך שהותנו במלון הייתה בעיית מיזוג חמורה בחדר.
המזגן לא פעל כלל והטמפרטורה בחדר הייתה גבוהה מאוד. החום היה בלתי נסבל והקשה משמעותית על השהייה ועל האפשרות לנוח ולישון במהלך הלילה.
פנינו מספר פעמים לדלפק הקבלה וביקשנו סיוע ופתרון הולם לבעיה, אך לצערנו לא ניתן מענה אפקטיבי. הפתרון היחיד שהוצע היה מאוורר קטן, שלא רק שלא פתר את הבעיה, אלא גם לא הצליח להקל על תנאי החום הקשים בחדר.
כתוצאה מכך נאלצנו להעביר לילה שלם בתנאים לא סבירים, דבר שפגע באופן משמעותי בחוויית האירוח ובאיכות השהייה שלנו.

The location. Very close to Paddington station and Hyde Park
The twin room I booked was terrible. Do not stay in room 602. Compared to their King rooms it was missing a lot of amenities. They agreed to move us for our second night to a better room.
The location was perfect! Very close to Paddington but not noisy and with lots of restaurants nearby!
Great location - only 5 minutes walk from Paddington Station and the airport express train. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lovely gifts in the refrigerator free of charge. Very thoughtful.
