Las habitaciones son muy reducidas, lo cual las hace incómodas. Nunca en mi vida había dormido en una habitación tan pero tan pequeña como la de este hotel. Si viajas solo con un equipaje de mano, es una buena opción; de lo contrario busca otro alojamiento.

Nos hemos hospedado en otros hoteles de Londres que se encuentran cerca de esa zona y el espacio era al menos suficiente para poder maniobrar con el equipaje. De igual manera, estuvimos hospedados en otros hoteles de Gran Bretaña y las habitaciones eran espaciosas.

Great location for hyde park and nice and quiet.
Pros:

Brilliant location for hyde park and close enough to tube stations. Staff were lovely and extremley helpful, very clean and in a quiet location also.

We stayed for 2 nights at Mercure Hyde Park in July 2026. A man managed to get access to our room whilst we were in. We called reception after putting the bolt. They called back after a few minutes to advise it was a maintenance man who accessed our occupied room by mistake. It was brushed off just as a simple mistake instead of a breach of security. Even if it is a maintenance man, their system shows a lack of security. We logged a complaint and to date Mercure Hyde Park has completely ignored our formal complaint.

Fint hotell med toppenläge i Paddington.
Pros:

Lugnt läge, fina rum och storleken på rummen var helt ok. Skön säng. God frukost. Uppskattade surdegsbrödet istället för toast samt att det fanns grönsaker.

Cons:

Lite lyhört. Bodde på näst högsta våningen. Kylskåpet var trasigt.
