The pictures that sold us and the actual physical reality were world's apart

Cons:

No chairs just beds. Only two electric sockets. Tiny shower and bathroom.

Cons:

El personal muy antipático, todos. No nos hicieron la habitación ningún día, el primero comentaron que el personal estaba enfermo, después de quejarnos la hicieron. El segundo día no tenían justificación, simplemente decían que no estaban a esa hora!!. Buscaba otro hotel para la próxima vez, no merece la pena.

Super nahe Lage zum Strand! Dies ist unschlagbar für den Preis

Cons:

Das Badezimmer war etwas heruntergekommen. Fliesen im Bad sind teilweise gebrochen sodass Verletzungsgefahr besteht. Auch war das Zimmer nicht sauber. Zumindest nicht der Boden.
Die Zimmer sind allgemein sehr hellhörig, man hört die Nachbarn reden, eine Baustelle befand sich in der Hotelanlage. Nicht empfehlenswert um zu entspannen.

Super Lage, in 5min zu Fuß am Santa Monica Pier.
Bequeme Betten

Cons:

Teurer kleiner Parkplatz, keine Zimmerreinigung beim 7 Nächte Aufenthalt, mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern war das Zimmer sehr klein. Keine Möglichkeiten um Wäsche zum Trocknen aufzuhängen.

Chambre familiale 4 personnes spartiate. Pas d’espace à vivre, pas de place pour mettre les valises, pas de table ni de chaise.
La douche plus que petite et Clim très bruyante.
Machine à café commune à la réception
Prix correct pour l’emplacement mais la prestation n’est au rendez vous.
Parking 40€ ttc/ nuit 😱

Pros:

The hotel is literally two minutes from the beach, and all the rooms are off a quiet, green, gated courtyard.

Cons:

We were unlucky that our room didn't have a table on the patio, as many others did. That would have made breakfast far easier and more pleasant!

A környék szép, a szállás tiszta, és hangulatos, az óceán 3 percre van gyalog. A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész.

Cons:

A szállás tiszta, de kicsit kopott, a képeken ez nem látszik. Kevesebb törölköző volt bekészítve, mint ahányan voltunk.

Pros:

I’d like to thank the hotel staff very much for their help when it turned out that I’d got a flat tyre on my hire car. The reception staff rang the helpline on my behalf and sorted the matter out.
The hotel is in a great location, right next to Santa Monica Pier.
I highly recommend this hotel.
