The hotel was located by lots of restaurants and other businesses. Easy to get to and from the airport. Besides the highway noise, very quiet. The staff was phenomenal!!!
The workout room had no towels or wipes for the machines. The highway noise could be over whelming at times. About the bed, I'm uncomfortable in most beds due to how I have to sleep.

Needed better lighting over bathroom sink, while clean, it’s an older building, touch up paint needed, only 1 elevator, small tub, maid service is every 3 rd day - ( a price break would be nice.), basic breakfast,

Toilet wouldn't flush twice in 12 hours. Hair in tub. Had to pack up again and move to a new room. We were there for a critical medical appointment. And the day I got home I have bites on my cheek...this better not be bedbugs, I was charged for 3 nights and only booked 2.
Every time I stay at this hotel when I come to work in Denver, it is always clean inside and out. I always feel comfortable and welcome here. The property is well kept, and the staff make it a pleasant place to stay. I appreciate the consistency and will continue staying here when I’m in town for work.
To be honest, I really can’t say that I didn’t like the property. The only issue this weekend when I stayed was that the swimming pool was not up and running. My husband and granddaughter came with me while I was working that day, so it was a little disappointing for them. Other than that, everything was fine.

The location was great, and the noise was to a minimum. The breakfast was delicious, the staff attended to the food as needed. Overall, the stay was good. Thank you.
The jacuzzi was not working, and it took the fun out of the relaxation.
Staff was friendly and the place was clean.
The place is run down and needs upgrading. Seats in the breakfast area need repairs. Shower curtain in my room was snagged and torn. Ice machine on my floor didn't work.
Staff was rude and short when I spoke to them trying to verify my stay. I Booked my room through booking.com. I got an wierd email saying I wasn't guaranteed a room, so I called Fairfield to check. Gave staff my info and was told I didn't have a reservation and they were completely booked. So naturally I had to book another room. They ended up charging me for the room, that I didn't stay in because they told me I didn't have an reservation according to staff. I called to try and get a refund for the mishap and they gave me a run around and according to my email they aren't responding to Booking.com. Booking.com also isn't making it right. So I'm not very pleased with either and won't use either service in the future.
The breakfast was good. Maybe more variety. The same food everyday. The woman Tay was excellent!!! A very hard worker and so pleasant to talk to. Worked so hard in the breakfast area. Also, our TV wasn't working in our room and maintenance never came to fix it. Carlos was wonderful and gave us another room. Also, at the front desk Meleeseia was also very helpful and so accommodating. All and all, it was a very good stay.
