I'd stay there again in a pinch, but will try to find someplace different next time.
Pros:

The price is good for the area. Check-in was easy. The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The room was a bit run down and not completely cleaned: One of the sheer curtains was missing, a towel rack was broken, the platter in the microwave had food deposits on it, and the pool was not working. The breakfast was pretty depleted 20 minutes before it closed.

Pros:

Room was spacious with additional seating area, clean and attractive. Refrigerator and microwave were updated and worked well. Had good hot water. Bed and pillows were ok but not outstanding. AC did not work properly and room was too warm, even with thermostat set at 60 degrees. Staff was attentive and noted the issue but did not resolve it. Elevator was clean but showed signs of wear with gouges and dings and chips in materials. Breakfast was below standard. Only 2 days out of 4 was there hot food for vegetarians. Omelets had meat. Scrambled eggs were meat free so we could have those. Juice was good. There was only white bread for toast. Wished for some non dairy milk due to allergies. Bagels were dry. Basically all we could eat was juice, some dried fruit and nuts, and scrambled eggs 2 of 4 days. We can’t have sugar so avoided waffles. Pool was under repair. Hand soap in public bathroom was left unfilled for 2 days and staff member said they were trying to get more soap. From a health viewpoint, providing a container of soap from any store would have been preferable to no soap. It appeared new staff was working to bring service up to standard but overall facility is outdated. No sink stopper, shower worked well but was in tub, hair conditioner container had not been refilled, had to request refills for paper products.
Hotel did not reflect Marriott standards. Staff members were pleasant and provided things when they were requested. Price was reasonable but probably signaled the level of services available. Location was perfect for our needs, the main reason for our stay. Overall - HURRY TO IMPROVE SERVICES! Otherwise the Marriott Hotel System will be dinged for this property.

Pros:

Property was close to what we needed. Had things they said if would. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Our bathroom tub did not drain so you stood in water to take a shower. We did say something to the front but it did not change.

The location of this hotel was convenient and nice.

Cons:

The staff. The lady at the front knowingly gave away my room and told me that she couldn't get into the system. However, seeing everyone getting their keys, she still lied to me and stated nothing to do on her end. However, I called booking and they were able to help me get another room as soon as possible. This happened after 9 hours of driving on the road and she made me wait 2 hours for nothing. The communication was complete awful.

The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. She allowed us to check in early.

Cons:

The carpet inside our room still had chocolate chunks which means it was not vacuumed.
