Pros:

The location of this hotel was convenient and nice.

Cons:

The staff. The lady at the front knowingly gave away my room and told me that she couldn't get into the system. However, seeing everyone getting their keys, she still lied to me and stated nothing to do on her end. However, I called booking and they were able to help me get another room as soon as possible. This happened after 9 hours of driving on the road and she made me wait 2 hours for nothing. The communication was complete awful.

Pros:

The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. She allowed us to check in early.

Cons:

The carpet inside our room still had chocolate chunks which means it was not vacuumed.

The location , for the most part it was clean and did not smell

Cons:

The staff had a baby crying there and the tub looked worn out with cracks and laundry machines are old and noisy and did not work well it said 30 minutes max for washing and 30 minutes dry and that was a lie and when I asked for a refund , that was received well

Dont want to know what the white stuff was on the carpet....

The staff at checkin was fabulous. Super efficient and friendly.

Cons:

Our first room smelled badly of pet urine so we went down to the front desk and she promptly and kindly changed our room. When we got to our new room it was dirty but the bed looked clean so we wiped everything down and went to bed as it was late. When we woke up we noticed white stuff on the carpet, very souled towels, and some sex looming cards in the dresser drawer, the window was also open. The mirrors were filthy with some type of goop. We should have stayed at a motel 6.

El preso al de front desk, muy amables.

Cons:

En la ducha de mi baño habían cabellos pegados a la pared.
En el desayuno faltaba 1 hora para cerrar y ya no había, yogurt, café, mantequilla, cream cheese nu pan y cuando preguntas por un pan la señora de la cocina saca 1 pan y te lo da con su mano ( sin guantes) super pésimo servicio de comedor.

All in all my stay was very good.
Pros:

The hotel was located by lots of restaurants and other businesses. Easy to get to and from the airport. Besides the highway noise, very quiet. The staff was phenomenal!!!

Cons:

The workout room had no towels or wipes for the machines. The highway noise could be over whelming at times. About the bed, I'm uncomfortable in most beds due to how I have to sleep.
