The breakfast was awesome. Fresh made omelets extra for a fee. We had vouchers so we tried everything. Deliciously made to order, including Belgian waffle.
The beds were not as comfortable as I would like.
The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Everything was clean upon arrival to our room. It was nice to have a complimentary Keurig and pods ready to use in the room. My airport shuttle experience was also great, the driver arrived on time and delivered us safely to the airport in less than 15 minutes.
Upon arrival, we were informed we have to pay $15 a day just to park at the hotel (it’s a huge lot outside, and there’s really nowhere else to park. Obviously this is expected at cramped downtown hotels, but this hotel is not downtown.) I don’t believe this was made clear when booking, which I found slightly annoying. The second issue, why has complimentary breakfast gone away? I don’t feel I should have to pay extra to have a cheap, convenient breakfast. We’re having to pay more for hotel rooms than previous years, with less value. The third issue, the bedding felt quite cheap. It was fairly thin and disappointing. Lastly, you can easily hear everything your neighbors are doing.
Overall, it feels like Hilton has gone the route of nickel-and-diming for everything to maximize profit while cheaping out on most aspects of the hotel experience.

Convenient location with good amenities. Hotel was modern, spacious and clean.
The website states the airport shuttle runs until 1am however, when I called from the airport at 9pm, I was told the shuttle ended at 6pm.
Leaving the hotel was the best thing. Waste of time and money.
Airport hotel pickup took 48min then the driver cursed me in spanish. I called 3 times for a pick-up. Will never stay here again.
Convenient location to where we needed to be. Quiet location
Room had wet mildew smell. Lobby was hot with no AC. $14 to park and no free breakfast makes the stay pricey.
Location was good. Staff was nice. Free shuttle to the airport is awesome.
The bathroom on the first floor for the women, does not have a proper handicapped accessible stall. The door swings both ways and doesn’t lock and it’s unsafe. Please have someone check it. Also, there was a toilet seat on the toilet in my room that was too small for the toilet itself. It was very uncomfortable.

Great location, 10 minutes from airport. We were only there overnight but the room (611) was huge, spotless and well-equipped. Double sinks in bathroom were a nice touch. Great night sleep on comfortable bed.
