Comfy bed
No coffee machine or kettle in room Was told there was a mucrowave but no recepticle to use in it.. No coffee available in reception after 11 am. Large turn over of staff there 3 nights, no shampoo in room asked staff he couldnt find any. Also certain staff mrmbers not helpful. No full mirror in bedroom or bathroom. Some construction noise from next door building works.

Doors didn't close well and stuck when trying to open. Sliding door lock did not work but had a security bar

This was a great location. It was right off the highway and next to the Mystic Aquarium.
The room itself was OK, but the room had two weird floor treatments. The slider lead to a back area next to a unkept parking lot. The fence to the lot was all broken down, leading us to be concerned about safety. There were bird feathers all over the area- I was surprised not to see a bird carcass out there. We stayed in Room 108 and the mattress on one of the beds was totally broken down. It was actually like a giant had taken a bite out of the mattress- it had a very large hole/ dip on one side. No one could have slept comfortably in that bed. When I mentioned this to the clerk, she could not have been more disinterested. No apology, Never asked if we had been able to sleep comfortably despite the bad mattress. There was no hand soap for either of the two sinks. An anti-slip strip on the edge of the tub was filthy. We avoided taking a shower due to the uncleanliness of the tub. The indoor pool was full of sand. I would avoid staying here. We will not be back. Was so surprised to see the Wyndam name on this place. Never again.

The location to Olde Mystic Village and the Aquarium was super convenient; the afternoon check in guy was wonderful, super informative and very helpful.
The woman operating the desk for the morning shift was rather short and curt. The air conditioning in the room struggled to work; room felt humid and sticky. Shower had mold spots

Many years staying here. Beds are very comfortable, very clean rooms and excellent friendly staff. Excellent towels and no odd smells in the room. My niece loved the the very clean pool. The best place to stay in Mystic as it is near everything I like to do.
They only thing I would like to add as I am now a very senior woman I would have liked a grab bar in the shower.
