The price was good but the quality was not what I would expect on booking.com.
Pros:

Location. Ease of checkin and checkout.

Cons:

No coffee machine in room or lobby. A/C in gym was broken. No cups/glasses in room. Housekeeping ran out of some of the bathroom supplies like shampoo.
Minimal chairs in pool area.

Pros:

Don't waste your money at this place. Filthy dirty, TV and phone didn't work and they couldn't fix it. Tub was leaking. Carpet was so dirty we wore our shoes. Parking lot is a mess. Pool smells like too much chlorine. Not even worth 2 stars. Desk people were very kind. This place should be shut down.

Decent, but a one time stay.
Pros:

The staff was great, the pool was great, and there was a lot of stuff close by like gas, Dunks, restaurants, and the aquarium.

Cons:

The tub/shower was not cleaned after last guest. There was dried products every where and hair in the tub. There is construction of another motel right next to this one(maybe part of this one, but detached?) so it is always loud, and the entrance is torn up.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The woman behind the reception desk was so friendly and welcoming

Great value for the location!
Pros:

They are renovating and it is needed but since we got a newer room, we were happy. You can't beat the location. You also get a discount at the Mystic Diner for staying there.

Cons:

They updated the room but they forgot to add towel racks. The new blow dryer didn't work and the phone didn't work. They should also do something about the downstairs balconies. They put chairs there and a little cement but then there's like 6 inches of grass and then the parking lot . If they would at least put up some kind of little bushes or fake partitions something to make you feel like you were sitting on a balcony and not in the parking lot , that would be nice.

Horrendous experience

Cons:

No notes recorded by gentleman I spoke with at facility about disability need for 1st floor and other requests. 1st assignment to room under construction for damages. Could not accommodate requests nor money spent on specific type of room. Deferred to 2nd floor which was not satisfactory for a disabled individual. Early morning workers from another room, a few doors down , were very disruptive and hammering making it difficult to sleep prior to check out time. Overall, not a good stay and deferred complaints to booking.com by staff instead of validation of complaints.

The hot and cold water dispenser in the hallway. Linens were very clean.

Pros:

Didn’t even stay it was so bad- had to be evacuated due to fire alarm and physical altercation between manager and guest. Never refunded
