Standard Courtyard Marriott, really great staff
Pros:

Pretty much standard Courtyard hotel. Hotel was clean & comfortable. All of the staff were amazing, from check-in to breakfast. The location was pretty good, although not as close to the Mall as the name suggests. My only negative was that the air-conditioning in my room was very noisy. It was a pretty old-fashioned unit. Don’t know if the units in all rooms are as noisy. Fairly limited options for breakfast, but what they have is pretty good. The cost of the room via Expedia was crazy, (esp. 1st night), but it was the weekend of a World Cup match in Miami, so rooms throughout the city were very limited availability.

Nice hotel but further from Mall than expected
Pros:

Rooms clean and big. Staff were very nice.

Cons:

Not as close to Aventura Mall as I’d hoped. It was a good very fast 15 minute walk … I’d say 20 mins more like it.

Worked great for what we needed. Staff made it
Pros:

The staff were brilliant, Grant in particular and the ladies on the bar/coffee shop. So helpful and friendly. The breakfast shop was decent and the bar/lobby were comfortable. Beds, bedding and pillows all really good. Walkable to cafes and supermarkets.

Cons:

The pool was boiling with little shade options. It was a little more remote than I realised but that’s my own poor research.

Peaceful Stay with Outstanding Service
Pros:

I really loved this location! The area is so peaceful, quiet, and relaxing, making it a wonderful place to unwind.

The front desk team was welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help.

I also want to give a special thank you to Victor R. for responding so quickly when the TV in my room wasn't working properly.
He replaced it right away, and I was able to enjoy watching the game.
I truly appreciated the fast and efficient service.

Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. I look forward to coming back!
