Établissement très bien placée. Propre, et confortable. Un petit déjeuné correct, avec pas mal d’option.
La piscine était fermé. J’avais choisi cet établissement pour en profiter donc je suis déçu d’avoir payer pour un service que je n’ai pas eu. La raison était « weather condition » mais je ne vois pas quel était le problème…

The view from my room was terrible.
The room was absolutely lovely! Big, spacious, almost like a suite! Very nice! The parking was super convenient! Right next to the hotel. Staff was very friendly and courteous! Also, they gave out a free drink ticket to their bar!
The pool was shut down, but that was due to weather. Didn't really like that there wasn't ice machines on every floor, but not a big deal really.
Great location – we got to do everything by foot. The room was clean and tidy, staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast full of options such as eggs, coffee, waffles, bread, hamburguer, bagels, yogurt.
They charged me for early check-in without asking if I did want to check-in early for an extra fee. If I knew I would’ve waited to check-in at the normal time

The location was great, 1 block from canal st. The room had a little different design than the typical boxy rooms .. the bed was comfy. Plenty of space when you come in the hotel for socializing, just sitting or the bar or eating area
The water pressure in my bathroom sink was VERY low. I didn't understand the explanation but I did not want to move because I was unpacking my things.. The elevator doors close to soon people were getting caught in the doors as myself

I like that they give complimentary drinks
I didn’t like the fact I didn’t know they take off so much money. I came here from Houston & only stayed a few hours, charging my card almost $300 for a 8 hr stay was crazy. So I couldn’t really eat or anything because of that issue, now I have to wait 3 business days just to get a portion of my money back, barely have gas to make it home because of that. I just wish I would’ve known that upfront.
