Location was great we were able to walk to most places. Loved the music playing outside and in the lobby. Loved the lobby bar and Ms Debbie was the absolute best.
The front staff were not the friendliest. Also sad that they had no knowledge of the late check out that was emailed to me and we didn't even get approved so we were stuck for 5+ hours. Also breakfast was okay would've liked some fruit options. Also room 504 should not exist. That was the room we were given first and very disturbing having strangers in our window
It was quiet. It was peaceful. It was good for our 25th. Wedding anniversary.

I was given a ticket for a complimentary drink but the bar was closed my entire stay. The toilet was hard to flush.

The a/c in the room wasn't as cold as it could have been but otherwise things were great..
It was a scam. It shows its a port hotel, it's not. Said hotel has parking, never mentioned it is a separate charge, the deposit is 150 which is outrageous. The bed is extremely uncomfortable, there was barely any hot water, no breakfast, someone actually used the bathroom on an elevator so it smelled bad.

Very good location, a few steps from the downtown and French quarter area. Parking place right beside the hotel but is VERY EXPNSIVE (45$ a day).tre only good thing is that is in-out whenever you want)
The staff was preatty rude: they treat you as you are bothering them. The beds are too fluffy(or too old). The breakfast too poor. During the day is very difficult to find coffee in the hall and the cold water(especially when is veeeery hot in july) was always empty. In the bathroom there no hanger to hang the towels.
