The location

Cons:

Staff werent very friendly
Staff unsure when any washing powder would arrive for the laundry, luckily another lovely guest gave me a washing tablet. Had major trouble getting my credit card to work in the app I needed to wash our clothes

Overall, it was an average stay
Pros:

Location-walking distance from museums, French Quarter and other tourist attractions

Cons:

Restroom was not very clean; I had to do some cleaning of my own.
Had to let them know if you wanted your room cleaned and then have to wait for the next day to have it cleaned.
Did not provide enough of personal hygiene, for example body soap.

Cons:

Pool was closed, ac blew heat over 65°,shower didn’t work properly. There was a small hole in the door that you could see through. Breakfast had no juices, no coffee, and I didn’t see any muffins, but bread, no meats. I was very very disappointed with the money I paid to have so many things wrong that weren’t fixed.

Interesting and comfortable and nice people everywhere.
Pros:

Nice size comfy beds and room. No view. Easy walk to area restaurants. Good breakfast selections and nice dining area.

Cons:

parking was way more than I thought it should be for one night. The hotel should have a discount or voucher for parking and make it clearer when you book that you will be paying for parking.

Preis Leistung super. Lage ist wirklich cool man kann wirklich viel zu Fuß erkunden und sehen. Frühstück war super. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und die Betten waren super komfortabel. Aber Achtung das Parken wird recht teuer, aber dafür kann die Unterkunft natürlich nichts.

Cons:

Das Personal ist leider recht inkompetent. Die Concierge wusste gar nichts und war nicht hilfreich.
