It was close to the French Quarter. It was also close to the Riverwalk outlet mall.
The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful. Our room was robbed while we were out one night, and the staff totally dismissed it.
I didn’t receive my whole deposit back! I didn’t break any rules so I’m lost.
location
toilets are too low in the rooms. the ac vents were full of thick dust, the 8th floor smell stale. the garage and surrounding areas was trash all the days we were there
