I think the bed was comfortable.
They put us in a handicapped room and the bathroom shower would leak water all over the floor.
The breakfast wasn't very good. I should of just got the cereal. The pool was not open for some reason.

I did like the spacious room. The staff was nice.
I got a queen bed… I had ordered a king. I know the difference as I have a king at home and needed the extra space for co sleeping. The rooms weren’t that clean especially the bathrooms. Breakfast was out but no one at the kitchen to serve it. It was not one you just get what you wanted.

This hotel had mostly positive reviews from other travelers so we were excited to book and stay there for a family event. The outside and lobby look modern and well-kept. Not so much the room itself. Room needed paint, repairs, a better cleaning, newer/fresher sheets, cups weren’t individually wrapped, body lotion half open and used. The staff is nice. Hotel could probably benefit from better security by using your key card to access the elevator. A lot the owners could do to elevate the stay. Somewhat disappointed sorry to say.

The breakfast was full of variety and dietary considerations. There was a full "to order" "hot dish" section, gourmet yogurt section, toast and cereals section, and a variety of drink options.
I was told the air conditioning was loud, but I have ear plus so I slept like a rock without noticing!
