Location ideal as we were visiting friends nearby. Layout of King suite perfect for us, mother & teen daughter. Liked the toiletries
I didn't know it was under construction! 😂 All exterior doors propped fully open all night (to air out paint smell?) security concern. Countless details missing/rough/unfinished due to the ongoing renovation

No hot water for two days. Under remodeling no hot breakfast a pathetic sack lunch. Laundry out of order , fitness center out of order. No drinking water anywhere, no coffee in the lobby ( all hotels have coffee in the lobby and access to drinking water. Pathetic, cheap coffee maker in room worst i have ever seen. Felt like a stay at a low grade hotel not a La Quinta and its now a Wyndham . Marriott has enough money to close make repairs, upgrades

Convenient location.
No gym facilities. The room was dark, other family members had a lamp in the room. The keys rarely worked we had to try several times to get the door to unlock. Stagnant water and hair was left in the shower from the previous occupant. No hot water in the shower and sink on our last day.

The receptionist was very nice and checkin and out was great . The beds were very comfortable.
I didn't like that I did not have notice it was under construction. Pool not available or fitness center. Breakfast and dining area closed but did receive an apple, juice, and small Danish in a bag. (They tried) . The TV didn't work at all from checkin to check out. That was a HUGE inconvenience. The technician was called, but the problem was not fixed 😕
There was a lot of construction going on during the early morning weekend hours which was not fun. Also the amenities were all closed due to construction but none of this was information offered to us before booking. TV was tiny and didn't match the description given . Not the worst but definitely not the best. I'd say mediocre at best.
Good location for my travel.
The bathroom was dirty, something greasy on the counter, dirty and wet towel on the floor. Hair in the shower drain. Pretty gross.
We arrived and staff was great. Upon our arriving in the lobby the two days for our bag breakfast we were told they would not be available due to the kitchen not being open because of the remodel crew messed up the electric the first morning. The the second morning the the remodel crew had done something to the coffee makers and there was no coffee either morning or snacks. Also, the rooms bathroom bath tub was dirty with hair in it. Looked like it had not been cleaned. I understand the remodel taking place. It was just not a good experience at all.
The staff on both days apologized for the problems and were sincere. The garden is beautiful and we enjoyed sitting out the second afternoon.
Property nice
Original room key did not work including front desk person key. Switch to different room door handle didn't work correctly took 8 tries to get in thou key card was working. At check out front desk said couldn't give me receipt because was locked out of computer and didn't have code. I would have to go back later to pick up receipt. Later in the day was told receipt would not be possible but luckily I called instead of driving 30 miles just to find that out. Never got a call to let me know this would happen after front desk assured me going by they would have receipt waiting
Only Granola bars offered due to renovations that I did this know was going on.
Closed pool, no breakfast
Breakfast was supposed to be included; however, it consisted of an apple and a muffin in a paper bag. The property is under renovation and there is no lobby! Checkin is via a bored, tired staffer sitting on a chair in a hallway. The door to my room was hard to open and the a/c was extremely noisy. Seriously overpriced given it's current condition. The only reason I would consider staying there again is because it is very near my destination.
