The rooms have been refreshed are are on good shape.
Common areas are tired and in some cases dirty particularly elevators. The exterior card access did not work. Had to walk to the front lobby every time. The pool is open intermittently was told it was open at one point then it wasn't
Bed and room was comfortable
The building is not well maintained. It would be much nicer if they would just freshen up the paint and clean the common areas better. Both treadmills were out of order

Easy access to the expressway and close to the airport
There was a storm in the area and the lights would go out continuously for periods at a time. Our bathroom didn’t even have a door knob on the inside of the door to properly close it while inside.

They stole my card information and then started threatening to beat me up when I posted a review about it
I have two police reports: one on the manager who threatened me and one on the night person Michael, who stole my card information and tried to make a $419.82 charge.
I will do everything in my power to see to it. These people go to jail where they belong.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, airport shuttle and front desk staff. Also quiet!
Older building and facilities. No bathroom fan made it tough to dry anything. Multiple lights in room not plugged in/functioning.
Well personal at front desk was rude and we had an ID with Jorge English name George the front office didn’t want to let us check in because of that.
Carpet smells old and was dirty in the halls

Conveniently located near the airport. The room was updated, and is spacious. Ample storage space, fridge, microwave and coffee machine are convenient.
Parts of the hotel are really dated. The elevator is slow. The room does not have good sound insulation and we can hear very loud noises coming from the road.
Easy access and airport shuttle
Nothing not to like. It was a very clean, average family or business travel hotel.
Basic, clean, comfortable, and convenient. The room was spacious and the shuttle was very nice to have. I was able to leave at 6:30am and head to the airport with plenty of time.
