Quiet and clean

The hotel location was excellent for me because it vicinity to my parents. Rooms are clean, staffs were friendly.
Breakfast could use a bit more variety. Cleaning Staff were really loud in the hallway in the morning, made it hard to concentrate in my meeting.
Location is not bad but still got traffic anytime to city! Beds in room. Three elevators. Daily house keeping. But we did not get it!
Breakfast is not good. Fake bacon limited food! Poor Taste! Limited seats. Coffee and juice are separate from food. No waffle machine!
The bed of two queens is bad. It is tilt to side. Smell of drain or mold (?) at bathroom. Ran out of shower gel and shampoo without refilling because there was a late service sign on my door but our sign was inside. No one of my family put on sign. Someone in hotel did it to avoid working !!!!!!
Two ice machines are broken. Ice machine only located on even floor. That is unacceptable.
Charge for parking even it is out of the New York!
We requested towels because they purposely did not clean our room and restock the towels. Th guy who delivered the towel had an angry face in the evening of 7/20/2026. U could find out who the guy was!! No hello no hi , nothing . It seems we owe him a lot of money.
The small refrigerator does not freeze section like Marriott does!

This is my 4th time staying this place and when I travel to NJ, I always choose your hotel to stay.
The service from the front desk is a slightly disappointed comparing to previously but it's okay. She may be too tired when I met her.
